Where can you buy Green Curry Paste. I haven't found it in the store.
I tried to click your link spoon fork heart but it says that the link is broken so it doesn't open up to show the ingredients for this recipe can you post your link again please thank you
Where do you buy these exotic vegetables like the Thai eggplant can you use regular eggplant or only Thai eggplant if you can't find the original one that you?
Thank you for sharing your recipe with us and also for making the video in English. I very much appreciate it when a non English person takes the time to share their videos in English, so once again, Thank You.
My pleasure 😊
I second that! Much appreciated!
Just finished making a vegetarian version of this dish, which was faithful to the original recipe and paste, with the exception of the chicken, chicken stock, Thai basil, Thai egg plant and palm sugar (substituting green and red bell peppers, respectively, for the green peppers in the paste and red peppers in the dish, sweet basil combined with some star anise for the Thai basil and honey instead of palm sugar). The vegetables I used were aubergine, green beans, baby corn and broccoli (using vegetable stock instead of chicken stock), along with mushrooms. I was very happy with the results and, in spite of the effort needed to source and gather all of the ingredients, consider the whole experience to be a win. One more string to my bow, and all that. Thank you!
Bought all the ingredients at our Montreal Asian market. Starting this recipe in few minutes. This looks awesome! Great video and tutorial. Thank you!!!

This curry looks absolutely sensational! I think I'll try it with jackfruit instead of the chicken - since I'm pescatarian. Thanks so much, Siri!
It would also be great with large shrimps :-)
Love it. And love it even more that the pan was just barely large enough.
Tried it and it was amazing but I used brown sugar instead of palm sugar because I didn't have any and I also added ginger and other vegetables and it turned out so delicious!!! I am vegan and I loved the vegan version of it. Thank you so much!

You know she the real deal when you hear her accent.

Did you make it yourself the green curry or you used the small can green curry at the Oriental market?
Thank you for sharing your recipe with us looking delicious and healthy!
I always make it myself plus I add ginger galangal shallots green chillies garlic terasi - shrimp paste, Cumin, coriander, lemon grass, lime tree leaves, lime skin, chicken stock, white pepper and turn all of it into a paste... when I cook my chicken n curry is simmering I add 2 spoons of fish sauce, juice of half a lime, grate a bit of its skin and omg... the taste is sensational.
I’ve just finished making beautiful dish and followed exactly but mine is very watery compared looks more like a thin soup what do you think I did wrong? Thanks 🙏

How do you know this green curry is Authentic by watching their local how they cook
My favorite curry
Thanks, it's mine too :-)
Finding Thai ingredients has been a difficult adventure; is there a ready made Thai curry mix you recommend for people who can't find the individual ingredients?
Hi can you make jungle curry
Delicious. What can I substitute the Thai eggplant if possible?
Sorry for the slow reply. This time of year is always busy for me. You can substitute the Thai eggplant with zucchini. It will be very similar :-)
Or use Asian Eggplant(long and purple)if you have to have eggplant. Or the real long Asian green beans work with this dish.
Hi thank you. Why is it important to separate the oil from the coconut milk?
What can I do to substitute the Thai eggplant? I don't gave that where I live. Beautiful food!
Great question my friend. You can use cauliflower as a good substitution for Thai eggplant. DON'T use a normal western purple eggplant, it won't turn out the same.
Thank you! :)
You can use baby corn, cut diagonally.
Or use the long purple Asian Eggplant sometimes called Chinese eggplant, also try using the long Asian green beans goes good with this. Also use a combination of both.
IveI've done a green curry today using green curry paste from a can and it's extremely spicy. 😢
But it is still as good as the Thai Restaurant I usually go.
Great 👍
I love you i like you to be my girlfriend!555555555555555
What kind of green did you use? With the two leaf not the basil the other one ?
Kaffir lime leaves.
Can you post a picture of what type of noodle to use for the name of the noodles
Hi 😁
Could you make a vegetarian Thai curry ?
I would be so happy
Thanks for the great recipe idea.
Just finished making a vegetarian version of this dish, which was faithful to the original recipe and paste, with the exception of the chicken, chicken stock, Thai basil, Thai egg plant and palm sugar (substituting green and red bell peppers, respectively, for the green peppers in the paste and red peppers in the dish, sweet basil combined with some star anise for the Thai basil, vegetable stock instead of chicken stock and honey instead of palm sugar). The vegetables I used were aubergine, green beans, baby corn and broccoli, along with mushrooms. It was delicious, however, maybe I will use cauliflower rather than green beans the next time.
You are totally gorgeous 👍
Thank you so much
Yes, left over curry paste can be freeze for future use. Curry is too watery because she is going to eat them with vermicelli noodles. You can use less coconut milk for less watery preference.
I love her accent. But she threw me when she said Palm sugar! Lol
Lol, thanks so much for the wonderful compliment. Palm sugar is also sometimes known as coconut sugar :-)
which thai basil do you use ? the horapa (sweet basil) or Krapao (holy basil) ?
Sorry for the late reply 😔I use them both depends on my back yard all which one I can find 😅
Do you have recipe for the curry paste?
Yes, I do. Here you go.
