  • Gout is a type of inflammatory arthritis, which usually starts with bouts of severe swelling, redness and pain at the big toe, but can affect any joints - or multiple joints - at the same time. People with gout experience flare-ups, known as gout attacks, which can be extremely painful and disruptive. But there’s more to gout than just the attacks.
In this video, you’ll learn about gout - how it starts, what causes and flare-up, and how to treat gout attacks and cure the disease, preventing future attacks.

Is it really true that when you have lower than level 6 on your uric acid, the crystal will start to dissolve and completely gone? I am 26 years old, and I have suffered a gout on my big toe joint. I want to run, jump and not have any problem again. If this true, then It's really a good relief for me. Next time I will be completely focus on my health and be healthy at all times.
