    Great Video!
some more points for your viewers. Hamblen Co. sits right in the middle of the Great Warpath, and was one of the starting points for the buffalo trace, which started somewhere in Cocke co. and went on into Kentucky, it was used by natives to run buffalo when they traveled to greener grasses. Its also in the middle of the Great Stage Road, which went from Washington D.C. to Nashville. Its also the location of the exact crossroads of the Boone trace, and the great stage road, they crossed at Cheeks Crossroads, where a man named Jesse Cheek opened a Tavern and General store in the late 1770s. Future king of france, Louis De Phillipp, stayed in the Red Door Tavern, and the Coffman home, when he was living in exile. This area was Davys stomping ground, and where he got kicked out of the kitchen school, supposedly for fighting. He also technically got married here. He got his marriage license in the Capt. Thomas Jarnigan Home, which was then the Jefferson County Courthouse, as Hamblen co wouldnt exist until the spring of 1870.
I could go on and on.
Good Work on making this history known, Keep it up!

@@clutteredcompass sure is. East Tennessee is rich with history, we can trace European presence in the area plum back to the 1540s when Hernando De Soto came through. Even further when you get into native history.
Neither one of us will run out of material anytime soon, that's for sure!
      Subbed.
