Hi, I take the exact same thing. I take it because I need type 2 collagen. It comes from chicken bones. I detest chicken stock. Love the beef but thats not meant for the joints so I buy these pills. As if I need more pills to take. The changes are minor but Ive only been on them a few months. The small changes are worth it when you get older as Im sure you know. Have a good one.
