Very informative video, thank you. I take methotrexate and folic acid for this. Do you find tumeric to be helpful as well? I'd like to try some natural remedies...

Yes turmeric can be helpful. I also recommend glucosamine and omega3.
In addition I recommend a gut health routine as well which involves a gut detox, elimination diet, and then reincorporation of food. To learn more, see www.GoodFxn.com

Mine is huge but I don’t have psoriasis per say but have had arthritis / Fibro unusual(2 jointer knee l elbow simultaneously). Ursutus. No HB27.. so no help. Ut biologics kill anyhow
