I agree that the behaviour of some of the staff is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company, but at the end of the day, it is not a public place. You are trespassing. You state you are allowed to if the gate is open. Actually, you aren't. If some random person (probably masked) turns up and starts walking round a private industrial site filming, and sticking his camera in the windows, you shouldn't be surprised if it causes concern and you're challenged. Either you are being disingenuous or you are sorely lacking in common sense. It's clear that you were not just 'looking for reception'. It's a pretty pointless video really, except that it's clearly intended to generate attention for you and your channel. And this is not a 'hate' or 'troll' comment. It's just a cold, honest assessment of what you're up to. You also taunt them by telling them you are putting their faces on CZcams and other social media. Are you registered as a data controller? Are you sure you know what you're doing here? CZcams really need to step in and stop this activity. You are trespassing (a civil wrong) and arguably committing criminal offences - aggravated trespass and a public order offence. Apart from that, it's unfair on the people caught in the video, who are just blameless innocent people that you are bothering at work. You have not blurred out their faces, which I am pretty sure puts you in breach of data protection laws. Yes, to repeat, the response of some of them is unprofessional, but you brought this nonsense to them, with respect. I say all this with due kindness and respect. Please find something more constructive to do with your time. There are other ways to make money on social media that don't involve infringing the rights and dignity of other people.

Your own recording clearly shows that you were not looking for reception. What you were looking for is drama and confrontation for your channel. I know it's not your first audit, and you are going down a bad road and I urge you to stop. Auditing harms people and undermines liberties and rights of photographers. And are you registered as a data controller with the ICO? You do realise that you are required by law to do so? As such, and irrespective of the social media account(s) name(s), these videos are simply Freedom of expression. No further need to dress them up as Artistic, Public Interest, or the like. Thank you for giving me the impetus to clarify this Journalism aspect.
