fps also went up to 460 due longer barrel i think? i made A DMR out of the hk416.

Hello, our patent precision air-cushion inner barrel series product is common platform can siuitable for AEG, GBB and VSR, only need to replace the HOP bucking you need. Of course you can choose any brands inner barrel on our HOP chamber set, but please make sure it's GBB spec barrel, thank you. :)

i installed the tnt hop-up block and the tnt t-hop barrel and now i have ball jams, there 0.20 doesn't even come out, there is just 0.36 that can come out why?
Hello, under normal circumstances there should not be such a situation.. we recommend to check whether all parts of the HOP-UP unit are installed correctly, please check the HOP bucking & inner barrel damage or not, thank you.
have u consider using those barrel clips in AEG instead of screws for holding your inner barrel in you hopup chamber.
I repairing gbbrs and other airsofts and happen to stumble one of your products. So this one particular WA system gun use your TnT chamber and it shoot curved to the left every third shot. it seems the barrel is rotating because of the recoil from the gun

Hello, even if barrel clips are used, they may still shake due to the fine tolerances of different inner barrels. Therefore, we think that the most stable way is to use screws to fix the inner barrel. You only need to dip some screw glue before tightening the screws and slightly clamp the inner barrel, when the glue dries, the inner barrel can be firmly fixed. Very simple and small method, hope to help you solve the issues, thank you :)

Sorry, we don't have steel inner barrel. Our Inner barrel material: bronze&electroplated chemical nickel.

Just wondering: have you tested using a concave nub (e.g. Maple Leaf Omega tensioner) and the flat nub (T-N.T. - New wide Ver. HOP) over the round nub you have in this video?
Of course we do :)
We just test our own T-nub on it and still show the good performance.
(the wider nub can not install directly, need to cut it)

My problem is that I don't understand why my particular set of HK416A5 barrel had worst performance and accuracy then the stock rifle. I have used a TNT APS-X barrel + bucking + omega/vfc flat nub on my WE SCAR-H and VFC Mk18, and both gave 22 cm grouping at 27m at 0.25 g (shot prone with bipod + holosun red dot). But when I bought the bucking + barrel + chamber set, and using the "barrel" nub that came with the HK416A5 set, my grouping was 38 cm at 27m at 0.25 g. The stock VFC HK416A5 set shoots a grouping of 24 cm at 27m at 0.25 g.
My outer barrel has been bored out so that the inner and outer barrel is free-floated.
T-nub's contact surface has curvature, which allows T-HOP bucking to give BB better friction efficiency.
and you say your "outer barrel has been bored out so that the inner and outer barrel is free-floated", we thought that the inner barrel should be fixed, make it not shake when shooting. or you can trying to test the heavier BB like .32g or .36 :)
Will this work with VFC SR25 ECC? It uses the same hop configuration as the 416a5

Hi, I recently stuck this in my hk 416 a5 and I am having trouble. It double feeds, hop up only works half the time. And I have had 2 really bad jams. Any Ideas on this?

@@patrickvanherk According to our experience, the VFC HK416A5 retrofit kit rarely have jams or double feeding issue, sometimes the jams / double feeding issues come from bbs brands (quality), magzine lip, or nozzle issue etc. So we recommend please complete check whole guns status, If necessary it's recommended to disassemble to check everything is fine, thanks :)

@@TheNos68 Adjusted some stuff in my mags a while back. Helped a bit. But it did not resolve all issues. Now its mostly a wall decoration :)

你好.TR皮下壓去寬度要稍微寬一點比較適合(狙擊槍類).若一般規格GBB要使用TR皮.我們建議玩家下壓區寬度修整最少5~6MM寬.再來搭配TR皮.謝謝

您好，目前VFC BCM仍可以使用我們VFC-M4的HOP座，但是會取消原本的HOP快調功能，改回VFC-M4原來由上機匣槍膛座使用1.5mm內六角扳手調整的方式，謝謝 :)
