GF-07 haven't GPS chip inside, it uses GSM Cell to get the near location. The accuracy is very bad

Could you please help me?
I bought a GPS GF-07, but unfortunately I have a problem with this device.
My problem is that the APN setting in the manual is incorrect. I sent the SMS command to the GPS (GPRSAPN, CMHKGPRS, CMHK, 255.255.255.255,8080 #), but the GPS returned it as an invalid command. Can you help me with the SMS command for the correct APN setup?
