Nice!! See you in Cabo Negro! Message me on IG or my email ankur.s.jaswal@gmail.com !
My brother moved to Tangier six months ago from San Francisco and he loves it
@@MrFuadee Love it!
Are you guys still in Tangier am arriving today ! 😂

I’ve been living in Morocco for three years and all the information on expenses that are being provided in the video are very accurate
Chokran thank you!
You don’t gatekeep at all in your videos, i love it … but also Maryam is a gift to mankind 😂
hahah exactly. Thank you Maryam!!
Your darija is very good .. continue 😉
Exactly My Brother and . A very important video about living in Morocco, especially in the north. In the summer, will be kolxe full ✅👍
Greetings 💯👏
This was very informative and you are fun to watch 😊
Thank you!
That was awesome much needed video. Thank you. I am preparing myself to move to Morocco so your videos are much appreciated
Not a problem see you soon!
Punjabi in Morocco really cool! And you’ve made an effort with some local words. 🙌🏼
Yes! One of the few punjabis in morocco. Its strange as many moroccans love punjabi music haha
@@ankurjaswal5290 😎 ! I think the Punjabi music influence comes from (asian) ppl visiting from the u.k.
@@BILLY-ft9qgno it's the early exposure of the Moroccan ppl to the old Indian movies ppl used to watch thim in cinemas and in the outdoor movie projections in the villages since then a good percentage of moroccans especially females watch indian drama and movies and listen to indian music
@@BILLY-ft9qg Yes they mostly visit Marrakesh. It mostly also comes from the love for bollywood as well!
@@ankurjaswal5290 hehe so true!! 😂
Thank you for the insight. I’m leaving the US soon, Hope to end up in Morocco sometime in the next few years inshallah
Inshallah
We sit together in the cafe in Cabo negro. I’m the guy from Germany. Nice content. 👌🏽☺️
Ahh nice to meet you! Please message me on IG or email ankur.s.jaswal@gmail.com. i forgot to get your contact haha
I’ve gotta ask, what is the bug situation? Also, great and informative video
Thank you for making these videos, soooo helpful! I live in California now but I am planning to move to Morocco InshaAllah very soon. It was helpful to know that it will be more expensive in July and August. Also I would love to see more details on how you bought a home there. Was there a lot of Red Tape???🙂↕️ Also, I would be working remote from America as well. Are you able to keep up with thr time Zone differences? Also, lol so sorry for all these questions, 😅 but how easy was it to open a bank account with Bank of Africa if you dont have Moroccan ID. Did it need to be a business account??? How would you get money out of your bank in America to buy a home, without a lot of Red Tape? I would prefer to buy as well something affordable as well instead of renting But i am not sure if they allow a paymenr plan for an American, like a down payment then another 2 or 3 payments? If you dont mind i can email you as well. My name is Salimah
Getting a car will depend on the time your staying there. If you're staying longer, it def makes sense to purchase a car ( could be a good investmemt depending in the brand u get)
Chokran bzaaf. I really see myself here longer term so will need to look at a car soon! These summer car rental prices are high!
Hello, brother. Your English is very clear, and welcome to Morocco. In my opinion any street food is garbage, so it is advisable to learn how to prepare your meals at home, similar to those you would eat in a restaurant.
Thank you brother! I appreciate the advise will take it up
Welcome to Morocco 🇲🇦 bro
🙏🇲🇦
As a person who love india and the indian culture im so glad to see an indian settling in Morocco, which is a very rare thing. I ve been to india many times given that i was a flight attendant and i simply loved it , so many things in common btw the two cultures🇲🇦🇮🇳. I also used to have so many indian friends and i even had an indian flat mate😍 well Have a great time in Morocco Ankur, there is still a lot to see and discover.
Thank you so much for your kind words and supporting my journey
@@ankurjaswal5290 My pleasure😊 also if u have any questions or any queries i’ll be happy to help.
Very informative insightful video. What do you do for work whilst living in morocco. Thanks.
I work in IT
Such a nice experience! just for the rent car I think if you ll live here better to buy a car it will coast much cheaper that rent! I live in tangier btw and for the summer better to find an other place than cabo negro (7th and 8th motn if will be full!)
🤭 have a nice stay in Mocrocco
Time to get a car.
Brother. Tetouan has the most expensive car rentals offers. If i was you i would buy one Dacia, its cheap rather than for example renting that for a year. That would almost be 50% paid off a brand new car. I live overseas but from tetouan and noticed that renting a car anywhere but tetouan is cheaper long term. Nice contents and lovely to see you love my hometown. Hidden Gem of a city. Respect from Norway
Thank you..chokran bzaaf 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for the video 😊
In comparison, how much owning a car would be?
Thanks
Not sure yet. I will need to shop around for my car expenses next!
The cleaning in Morocco is cheap and deep cleaning. USA I can’t tell you!!!
I am Moroccan from Boston.
hahaha yes!!!
Carry on !!
Try to find someone to join you in your videos with a concept ...for example teach him/her English ...they teach Moroccan arabic!
Thank you! Will do! Lets learn moroccan arabic together!

How much appartement to buy in Agadir or any other city
Thanks a lot for the video ,it was very beneficial,I visited Morocco many many times ,thinking of residing in Martil or Cabo negro, the only 3 things I need information if you can help.Health insurance,Buying safe clean 2 bedrooms apt, buying a car . I think you need to buy a car too if you reside in Morocco.About K10 annually for renting, its too much, btw me retired senior citizen .Thank yoy.
Not a problem. On the apartment I can help you with the 2 beedrooms in the area. Reach out to me on email ankur.s.jaswal@gmail.com and i can help you.
@@ankurjaswal5290 Thanks a lot
How much you bought the apartment.
Typo on the cleaning cost conversion DH 200 is actually $20 not $200.
Correct!! Yes that would be too much ahha
Hey brother, one question. How about health insurance? How much do you pay for that? I'm moving to tangier in approximately one year or two.
I didnt get any yet. i cant imgaine it will be too much?
How did you pick Morocco? Interesting choice after California and Dubai
Very interesting choice. Visited marrakesh like every tourist. But once I came to the north, life is great here.
Costa Mar project appartments in Martil from 115 0000 dirhams
Wer abouts are they??near the uni that side??
You talk about your workout but you didn't include a gym membership?? Are you training outside for free or forgot to include the cost of your gym membership? Edit i just saw on comments below you forgot to include it! If you plan to stay for year investing in a second hand car might be more economical because you could resell the car! Renting is a net loss unless you can deduct the cost for your job !
orange fiber optic only cost 250 dh and it's fast
Oh wow! 50% reduction in my current price. Lets do it! haha
Is there any short term rentals available for 2 to 3 months at a time?
Yes. Of course. Message me and i can put you in touch
Do they use scooters a lot in Morocco? Can you rent scooters?
Yes they use small motor bikes too. I wouldnt use a scooter as I dont think it would be the safest?
لمدا لا تشتري شقة جديدة بتقسيط ومع الوقت تصبح ملكا لك👍👍👍
من الممكن أنني فعلت ذلك بشقتي.
The fact that you said eat a few days a week healthy and a few days a week at home makes me understand you’ve totally got your wires crossed with eating food hahaha
Eating out is majority unhealthy and eating at home a cooked meal is always healthy unless you eat junk.
I have never heard anyone say I eat out to stay healthy as that’s insane 😂
When you eat out they cook with cheap oil, cheap salt, cheaper ingredients than at home where you source the best of everything. What it costs me to eat out one meal in sydney Australia I can eat for over a week at home with healthy meals.
I’m guessing this is the youth today…
Ive been eating out and healthy the past 12 years through my travels. Its psosible 🙏
@@ankurjaswal5290 I’d say it’s more because you exercise hard to burn it all, but that doesn’t mean it’s healthy like a home cooked meal unless you stay away from all their cheap cooking oils, non stick pans etc
Impossible trust me.. just impossible…
But I wish you all the best 👍
@@Just_passing_through23 absolutely. Home cooked is best always
I mean you can drive with a moroccan car outside of Morocco, we used to drive all the time in Spain, some go even to germany with Moroccan car, you pay like 10euro for it in the ferry + an insurance or smtg.
yes you should absolutly buy a car, 1000$ is too much bruv, some would even say stupidly too much, bruv you'd end up paying way less in instalments and owning the damn car + reselling it later it wouldn't loose too much of it's value like in the USA or Europe, you'll notice used car are sill expensive in Morocco
Amazing! Id love to drive a car on that ferry! Marbella here we go!
@@ankurjaswal5290 That's exactly where we used to drive to every other summer to flee from Tangier's crazy tourist period
Darija, not bad
Zwayne?

Mzyana. You're getting there
I m from Canada your neighbour in costamar playa 12
Nice to meet you!! My email ankur.s.jaswal@gmail.com. Lets meet up!
Salam, How much did cost you to buy appartmen there, I live in Canada too. Edmonton.
@@salimacanada Nice i lived in edmonton for 2 years. Message me
Congratulations you bought the house now you need the car it will be less expensive ..
Yes!!
Why you are so handsome 😍
😁😁
What about your Abo in Gym ?
Fit one gym the best in the north of morocco. It Cost $300 USD for 13 months membership. Best ive seen anywhere.
You forget the gardian ( the car watcher) 😝, you should buy a car it s not worth it if you re living there ,
What about medical insurance?
Do not have any at the moment.
Buy a scooter, nice weather, petrol price cheap and maintained is cheap then a car??
Scooter is too dangerous. I see it can be tricky for that
@ankurjaswal5290 I agree but alot local people prefer cheaper, no hassle parking etc but if you prefer drive that good, I be having both, for short trip scooter, longer trip car 😉 but car maintenance, check the costs before you purchase it
Great. I think you forget your gym membership. Do you have a business that funds your expenses or are you a secret millionaire...wink wink😉
Yes gym membership i forgot to include. That is $300 USD for 13 months at fit one in tetouan.
It is not Kosi but Koulchi 😢😢😢 in North of Morocco we say tomobile but rest of Morocco Siara 😊
We say tomobil too in Casa 😂😂😂
tomobiles!! haha
Siara is only used in dubbed series by 2M 🥲which is not the real Darija but rather a combination of Darija and standard Arabic to make Darija more understandable for other Arabic speakers . At least for me , I have never heard any Moroccan say "Siara" .
We say tomobile in Marrakch
man you waste lot of money on your car, its true car are very expensive in morocco, but if you only go out once or twice per day, i think getting taxies or indrive ( uber ) and using the train to go to other city, can cost you way less, and you can rent a car for a day if your goal is to go to a far away beach that its hard to use taxies on it
It is a lot however, i love the flexibility to go out whenever I want.
you only pay water and electricity there are no apartment gaz pipes in Morocco and 600-700 dh a month is a rip off
I will check with our sandik on this pricing.
@@ankurjaswal5290 if sandik payment is included it may reach that level maaax
Ha ha ha it makes laugh when I hear the high season is July and August, which I know already. I can go in the middle of everywhere in Morocco and surf in the beach with no one around, except in July and August where I avoid Morocco. Having said that, they destroyed lot of beaches with bad ugly apartments or luxury ones...Tagine is healthy if you don't eat it with lot of bread
Absolutely! 2 months of maddness. Here we go!
You can buy a Dacia for $700 but you are renting it for $10000 a year
Interesting good idea.
Kolxi 3amer 😂
Kolchi!!!
Why don’t u just buy a small car for that rent price😂😂. I mean $900 per month is normal for that new car but still its kinda a big expense
Yes! Even the small car was still $25 USD a day! Need to cut down on the car expense!
@@ankurjaswal5290 why not buying a second hand car in Germany ? A BMW or Mercedes 😉
Labass not labaz ahahaha
Are you Muslim or hindou or sikh ? What IS your religion ?
Sikh
@@ankurjaswal5290 Thanks for answering this very personal question, in any case you are welcome in Moroco
And next what do I need ? You need a wife haha
She cleans and cooks for free.
Good idea!!
Very repetitive and low content. Not worth if you stay boring and All about your low expectations in life.
paying over $10K a year for car rental go buy a car lol 😂
100% need to buy one!
The invaders coming soon to North of Morocco 😅😅😂😂
brace yourself!
Let them come ... It's not like u have Ur name on it
@@zenosama8599 Its a good thing. It provides money to the pockets of all the local shop owners in the area. I am happy haha
