- My new apartment in Morocco. I am getting trying to get the keys for my new apartment in the north of Morocco and sign all the paper work that is required. I also visit Fit One gym in Tetouan for a quick workout in between meetings. In the evening, I am at the apartment complex to receive the keys and give an apartment tour.
00:00 - INTRO
02:00 - GYM WORKOUT
04:45 - NOTARY APPOINTMENT
15:00 - GETTING THE KEYS
16:22 - APARTMENT TOUR
The price of the apartment is now on my latest YT video.
I’ve been to this place it is awesome. Don’t be discouraged by the comment made by someone else suggesting you made a mistake. You are in a nice quiet and clean air place compared to Casablanca. You are doing a remote job and the location you have chosen could not be more perfect.
Thank you!!
Hi Mate, Thanks for sharing your story and happy to hear that you're settling well in my home country! also planning to move back soon from the UK.
Just one small point, just be careful next time not to share personal information (13:48) as it includes your address, ID number... so blur it next time before uploading. Cheers.
Very nice love the area..i am Moroccan-Swed bought flat in Tanger ..Welcome to the beatiful Long live MOROCCO
Wonderful. Congrats to you too. I was just in tangier earlier today as well. 🇲🇦🇲🇦

My condo will be ready in mid July inchallah
How much it costs you if you don't mind me asking
@@khadijaessemlali7016 Next video ill go over pricing
Nice apartment congrats 🥳🙂
Thank you so much!
Thank you!! 😊
Congratulations on u new property
Make sure u register the property as primary residence so u get the 75% discount on u property taxes in Morocco otherwise if it’s registered as secondary residence no discount I think notary should’ve ask u about it
Also did u but offplan ?
Yes primary residence i believe.
Well done!
Thank you!
@@ankurjaswal5290 I’m a Tetouani middle aged man living in London, UK. Up to about 10 years ago, Tetouan was our little gem. Few people knew about it… Enjoy it. And have been learning Hindi for 2 years. अपना अपारतामनत खरीदने पर बधाई
@@adamlasry5225 Great Hindi! Choran Bzif haha
@@ankurjaswal5290 Moroccans are capable of anything. Do not underestimate this kingdom. 😛
Leg day today Ankur ...nice bro - U r obviously a regular gym goer - U r buying a property in Morocco ...are u going to use it as a holiday home ?
One of the pros is that Ceuta is very close so you can visit easily and regularly
Yes just 30 mins away 🙏🙏

Congratulations n just to let u know any notary must have translater before he do anything to let u understand what u going to sign for this is what our notary said to as when my hobby was buying house over there yet im moroccan but still he didnt let anything to happen without the agent from tr office to come n provide all gis paper b sign n witnesses every thing what we done 👍
Great thank you for the advise.
just a quick short advice for our new brother 😂if u bought it for living and sutteling it’s a good choice and if it’s for investment as well it’s really good but if u also wanna buy an appartement in the future to renting it tangier and Marrakesh it’s a good choice i believe
and congrats for the appartement i hope u enjoyed it we deserve a dinner and celebration for that 😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely! Dinner celebrations soon!
Congratulations you get the guts to deal with all bureaucracy specially lock of speaking Moroccan and French
With the help of local moroccan friends. Grateful 🙏🙏
Only the downside you paying $600 dollars a year for property taxes and other expenses a year is because you are foreign?
@@JustMe-ew4rr not because I am foreign at all. This is the rules in morocco and all have to pay it. Government rules.
i've gone through your videos, didn't notice the price for the apartment.. I was going to buy in Casablanca but ended up buying in Dubai..
Dubai is a great option. I lived there for a few years. Ill be sure to make another video with the details.
Casablanca and Marrakech are overrated.
welcome to my city bro🤗...by the way in the north the locals speak spanish better than french, so it would be easy for you to communicate if you speak some spanish..if not ,try to make a local moroccan friend..it will help you save a lot of money ..because usually people here charge a lot more if they know you are just a tourist unless if you know how to negociate everything..Also i recommand to remove your adress. we can see clearly your full adress in the documents .it's a very safe city but you might get in trouble who knows.if you need any help, advice or tips don't hesitate to ask me.i will help you for free😊👍
Thank you so much Mohamed for your feedback and support. I will certainly be in touch. Fortunately I do speak a bit of Spanish
First congratulations for your new appartement.
I'm a moroccan currently living in usa and interested to buy an apartment in north of morocco. I'm just curious to know many sq m your appartement and how much it cost if you don't mind. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Sure ill make a video to detail this!
@@ankurjaswal5290 thank you
I'm from Tetouan. The prices are way cheaper than big cities like Tangier.. But you should hurry up. Because i noticed that everyo'e is buying apartments especially by foreigners because they know that Morocco will host the world cup in 2030..so prices probably will skyrocket by 2030
Congrats. I just happened to see your video. Looking to buy in Martil too. Wondering if you can share how many square meters and how you bought it for if you do not mind. I’m Moroccan and I live in Canada one of my dreams to buy in Martil.
Sure ill make a video highlighting these next 🙏
Whats the name of the complex you bought your apartment in Ankur ? Would you recommend it to other potential buyers ?
بالصحة الدار علاش كعجبك المغرب
الفيديو التالي سأقوم بعمله حول هذا الموضوع.
I so want to know the price in dollars please! Congratulations 🎉 ❤
Turn it into an Airbnb in summer, lots of demand, and imo it's not worth it to stay in the north of Morocco in summer, it'spretty and all but it's too crowded
Thank you for the advice. I appreciate it 🙏🙏💯
you're right ! Absolutely true. I think about to buy something in Assilah .... or Essaouira
@@user-pi9wy5oe5n Essaouira is a favourite all year long destination for Europeans, so imo good investment
So you bought an Apartment and you wanna live and maybe work in Morocco and you’re complaining no one speaks English.
I think you’re wrong saying that.
You will get surprised that any Moroccan speaks a minimum of 3 languages.
In the other hand
when you visit a country for vacation that fine but if you wanna stay for long in that country you should learn their languages, history and culture.
So I think you should register in a private school to learn Arabic to survive in Morocco
Hey welcome to Morocco
Absolutely agree. One must learn the local language. I prefer to learn Darija over French.
What made you choose this place? Was it a difficult procedure to purchase a Property in Morocco as a friend told me so, no French or Arabic? How much does an apartment cost there? Congratulations wish you all the best!!
Love everything about morocco. The north is similar to europe yet traditonal. I need to make a video detailing the process further.
Just got back from Agadir today, have you been there?
@@fastpace386 heard great things about Agadir. Need to visit there soon
@@ankurjaswal5290 U will fall in love with Agadir ....I have been there 5 times and have also looked into buying a property there .....BUT I dont know the language ...and I dont know any Moroccans that can help me ...
@@techlife9853trust me north 💯 time more better then agadir
Congraaaaats bro! u did a great choice, Btw in Tetouan/cabo negro... the most of em speak Darija and Spanish as a first language then French/English. i studied a master degree in Martil, even if we don't have any family member in the North and after my dad's retirement we decided to live in Tetouan: Beautiful, clean, surrounded by mountains and good Beaches... also close to Tangier, Chefchaouen, Akchour waterfalls...etc the only negative thing i guess is that's it's windy the the most of the year and the summer isn't hot for a looong period but we love it there. Sadly i had to move to Rabat but i really feels that Tetouan is my home. Congrats Again
If u are planning to live there full time ..are u looking to learn any of the languages ? If so which wud u recommend ? French or Arabic ?
Darija arabic. Many people speak french too but i prefer learning the local arabic dialiect.
Hi. Thanks for your informations. How many sqf or sqm.was the apartment you bought and how much in Dirhams or $? Did you buy health insurance ? How much approximately ?
No health insurance. Can go to a private doctor as needed. Next video I will go over pricing of the apartment.
Can you tell is the total cost for buying your flat
0:09 Try not to be selfish my friend, Morocco has been witnessing drought in recent years and it impacted the nation's water reservoirs, we as Moroccans pray for it to rain and we believe that it's beneficial for us whenever it rains due to the mentioned issue, and with full respect, if you don't stand the rain and you're wishing for a sunny and hot weather try moving out to another country.
I prefer either climate (rain or sun). Its during this time of the year where it is hot one day and cold the next that many people are getting sick. I am ok with moroccan weather.
How much you bought this Apartment and where because I am looking too.
Message me on instagram happy to discuss details. Ill make more videos on this as many others have been looking at the same :)
Are there special rules to own if you're foreigner?
No special rules.
Most important info u never mentioned. Price ???? Why
Is it on porpuse

U made a mistake buying in tetouan cos there is nothing to do there during the winter ..its only a place for holiday in summer..rabat is way better and Casablanca thats where u find everything and all foreigners living and american schools and English schools and big building and transport and tramways and everything…..Rabat is beautiful modern city and clean and very sophisticated and safe and civilized…
I prefer a place with nothing to do like tetouan/cabo negro as I can focus on my business and have a calm, cheap area to live. Remember casablanca is only a 4 hour drive so I can do that when required. Rabat is great too. Reminds me a little of my time living in Dubai
@@ankurjaswal5290 best of luck brother enjoy ur stay in morocco..there id an American lady that moved to Rabat as well with her two kids and she is loving it there..Tetouan get busier in the coming months especially in July August and totally different vibed and atmosphere…get ready to it 😀 it gets packed everywhere specially in Mdiq cabo martil…
Tetouan is the best place to be👍
He likes a calm places then Casablanca is not too far from there
Good luck to you in Morocco,Do you have instagram, l can share with y some American Moroccan living in Morocco and also Indian American,
I didn’t hear the price you paid , could tell us?
For this type of flat you have to expect a price between USD150K and USD200K.... Depending on the size of the flat.
@@Khalid_AitBaba
Not really. I would guess it’s between this range 60K-80K
it's 83m so it won't be more than 120k maximum (Between 90k - 120k) cuz there's a swimming pool and at summer they do a lot of activities etc...
Sigh!
Like we need more CZcamsrs in Morocco!
Btw, I bought new Sox and underwear, I will post a video shortly to show you guys and gals ( CZcams losers) how do they look like and the جوطية where I bought them from.
SIGH!
Don't forget hes a cow-worshipper too probably sending money to India to support oppression of the Muslims there
