  • Welcome to the 1 Minute Maximum Push Up Test (Also known as the press up test). Let's test your muscular endurance!! In this challenge, we will test your upper body strength and endurance by seeing how many pushups you can do in 1 minute! Perfect for schools, athletes, students, sports teams and PE Teachers!
    This video includes pushup form, instructions, technique tips, examples, timer and norms for different ages and genders!
    To participate in the test, follow these instructions:
    - Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line.
    - Lower your body until your chest touches the ground.
    - Push yourself back up to the starting position, keeping your body in a straight line throughout the movement.
    - Repeat this motion as many times as possible within the designated time limit.
    Here are some technique points to keep in mind:
    - Keep your core engaged and your hips level throughout the exercise.
    Make sure your elbows stay close to your body.
    - Lower your body all the way down until your chest touches the ground.
    - Push yourself up explosively from the bottom position.
