I have a little secret for you, sir: Unbolt the other side of the caliper; and swing it up so that the side w/ the brake line slides out and off. then, of course, secure it up and out of the way to keep it safe. On re assemble just regrease the boot and slider and you're good to go.

@@mmaire1 I see how that would work. Just surprised they would design it with the brake line right in the way of the bolt.
@@turnbullgarage88 Absolutely! I did my brakes three times before I figured it out. It's a real pain in the ass (in mechanic lingo)!
