@@denamueller7333 it's really not. I had a BMI of 9.7 for four years, and pain from the cold was an issue, but there was never any pain at that low a weight from my body "eating itself."

My sister is 58 and has been anorexic since age 13. She doesn’t want help. And the stonewalling about her disease is total. You literally cannot get her to discuss or even acknowledge a problem. Just like Eugenia. Ask me what it’s done to my heart to love my sister and to be waiting for the other shoe to drop for decades. It’s heartbreaking.
I'm so sorry to hear that. You're a strong person, and I hope she either recovers or lives a peaceful rest of her life.
My mom is going through it again (I'm 42). It's SOOO friggin hard getting people, even doctors to take it seriously if the person suffering isn't a young woman. I had a male friend who had a severe eating disorder and eventually died in his 30s from self-inflicted actions. I wish you all the best and I hope your sister realizes she's worth health and happiness.❤❤❤❤
Watching someone you love suffer from anorexia is indescribable. The denial, the deterioration... my heart hurts too and if it helps at all, I'm feeling that pain as well.
That is a long time to survive with anorexia. I'm honestly surprised she has made it this long. I don't mean that to be rude...just scientific. I hope you sister gets well. I was anorexic...and am struggling again with it, but no one takes it seriously because I'm overweight. When I get back to skinny maybe then I can get help

Same here. I had a friend that looked exactly like her when she’s healthy, but she couldn’t get sober and eventually passed so it hurts to watch too. My condolences to you and your friends family.

I agree with you Lily and it's sad that most comments are so vile!! Yes, Eugenia has a life-threatening mental disorder, but she is not responsible for the mental harm of other children. If you want to blame anyone, it's the fact that social media still allows this type of content that triggers some people. It's our fucked up society that is the problem, not one single individual.

i’ve struggled with an ed too…
it was hard for me to see myself accurately and understand how bad it was getting, and i didn’t want help- for me, my ed felt like a source of safety, and a part of my identity.
i was made to go into ed treatment, but i’m so grateful that i did. because my body physically recovered, my mind is so much clearer than it was back then. i feel more emotionally stable. i’ve been able to work through a lot of the issues that had made me feel unsafe and out of control. i’ve been able to find positive aspects of myself to identify with to create a more loving self-image.
the thought of going into treatment was terrifying, and i thought i would lose myself if i did, but i didn’t lose myself… it sounds cringey, but i actually feel like i found part of myself after i accepted help.
social media was not very healthy for me to use as i was struggling- it made me feel like i was spiraling. i saw you talk in an older video about how you had to stay off youtube when coming out of treatment, so that you could focus on your self, and if it worked for you then, maybe it could feel helpful now?

Recently saw the interview with you and Shane and your sweet personality really just consistently shines through. I used to be such a people pleaser but found out that I didn't have to give up optimism or kindness or compassion while i gradually learned to set boundaries with others and treat myself better and not always put others ahead of myself which was hurting me. ❤🕊

I don't feel bad for her at all. She did this to herself. I don't think the mom is evil, I think she manipulates the mom and lets everyone think the exact opposite. One day, eugenia, this is gonna get you, and then what, will it have been worth it?
Eating disorders are illness too. She’s not a perfect person but that doesn’t invalidate her illness. Eating disorders are notoriously hard to cure after years of suffering. ‘Did it to herself’ is a very strange way to describe the effects of a mental illness. Some combat EDs well with therapy, endurance and will power of course but WHY do mentally ill people have to be expected to be able to do this. Of course if they ‘fail’ to get better it is partly down to them… but we don’t know each individual’s personal experience, start in life, onset of illness or timeline of events. Maybe Eugenia could have gotten better, maybe she can’t. Whatever the case, we can see clearly that this person is not well. Compassion is needed even when someone’s illness is distasteful or challenges our own values.

A lot of people say she behaves like a 10 year old but honestly i feel like all she needs is a genuine friend all i saw in this video is her over loving the products a Jeffrey it might be cuz either he really is a good friend or there’s something fishy going on. She needs a real friend i watch her on and off since i was in high school (now 25) and it has all being the same, i feel she got stuck. She needs a friend that takes her to a park, to play cards, to go for a drink, to go on trips or shopping, and above all respect her and hears her, someone that can be honest with her and help her. Maybe she missed in a lot of things this past years and stayed in a comfort zone. I know she needs a lot of psychological help because her state rn as been her comfort zone for many years so first of all she needs a friend and judging by the news and all i doubt jeffrey is one but if he is than that’s better. I feel like she doesn’t need a friend to push her to eat or go to a hospital she needs someone just to be there existing by her side and support her. I truly hope she finds someone that truly loves her and cares for her. And obviously all this and her own support into walking that recovery path.

I just watched the Shane interview and it's heartbreaking how you've regressed, Eugenia. You were so real in that interview, honest with yourself above all else and saw yourself as a worthy person. Ignoring the problem doesn't make it go away. I'm sure my comment will be lost amongst all the others, but i feel like i have to say something regardless. The way you're nice to everyone, you should be nice to yourself as well. I know it's hard. From my own personal experience, it's hard to be kind to yourself sometimes. We're our own worst critic, but you have tons of people everyday rooting for you to get better. So many people love you. So many people look up to you. You're beautiful inside and out. I wish you could see that in yourself.

What's not that sweet about her is how she's too selfish and self-absorbed to look at or acknowledge what a horrible impact her behavior will have on young & impressionable people. Too sad it's always the worst ones who take advantage of the vulnerable.
How does Eugenia survive having the cold and flu? Every time I have a violent aggressive cough I feel like my rib cage is gonna snap! I would imagine her bones being so brittle that any violent cough would make her crack her ribs!
I think it's a miracle because she goes out without a mask (if I remember correctly). I do not have the same problem she has, but there was a strange time I got sick like six times in a year. I felt really terrible each time so I don't know how she fares, let alone for so long.

@@alicjatrzecinska4660 so its very possible she has micro links extensions. I saw a few videos of her where it looks like one fell out. They are practically invisible once installed but ive noticed the front framing of her hair is much thinner. I also think shes been fooling us with filters. The other day a filter failed and showed her bluish grey discoloration on her hands. Its so disturbing and sad. Im sure when she’s off camera she is suffering the most in silence

I simply want her to realise that most of the people who continue to watch her videos, most of the people who keep commenting- most of the ones who have even been here since her debut on youtube- just want to see her reach a true point of recovery. I know there are those who do wish her harm or simply keep track of everything for their personal enjoyment, but the reason that the other types of comments make it to the top is because they’re fueled by a greater portion of her fanbase. It comes down to one’s portrayal to others that affects them the deepest- and that applies to everyone, which is why maybe all of us can’t “understand”, but certainly can recognise what it must be like for her.
And even if it isn’t this that sparks something within her- even if she feels as if we were praying upon her downfall the entire time- the important thing (yes, it should be important to us all) is that she does reach that point of relived essence that can be deemed recovery. At some point we should set aside an idea of saving someone and feeling accomplished, trading it for a relaxed consciousness that yes, this person is thriving right now. The good thing is that both of these typically go hand-in-hand, but we sometimes have to remind ourselves of the significance.
I will always wish for your recovery. No matter what.

I want to address some of the comments that state that Eugenia isn't the cause of young people developing an ED. As a mental health professional & someone who suffered with anorexia for ten years (I'm close to Eugenias age - bit older), whilst yes she might not be the sole route cause, she is nevertheless a precipitating/perpetuating factor; what we call the '5 Ps' re risk factors in mental health nursing for maintaining a severe ED. Bare in mind I work with young people everyday with people with an ED & I'm not effected at all the difference here is that Eugenia whether intentionally or not is implicitly/inadvertently prompting anorexia by not making it explicitly clear what the insidious consequences are for her health, her family & soforth...this illness occupies your every waking moment...if you think Eugenia at this stage really gives a damn about makeup & clothes apart from how they relate to her body think again...this illness consumes your every waking moment, you don't give a damn about anything else apart from the number on that scale if you're being honest with yourself. I'm going through a phase now of low mood (I have bipolar disorder) & people can say I should know better as a grown adult but I find this really triggering: I didn't search for this content it appeared in my CZcams feed due to my love of makeup...It just goes to show how this kind of content can inadvertently harm people who are already vulnerable or in a dark place, especially young people. Please know that if you are suffering from an eating disorder, like the ten years I went through, there is a road to recovery and a self beyond your warped perception of your body. You deserve to live life to the fullest. I've nursed other young people who've went on to achieve great things in their careers, have a family of their own and so forth, jeez I even work with one of my ex patients as a fellow colleague. Hang in there, you are worth so much more than this awful illness ❤❤❤, please be kind to yourself. I don't think the vast majority of people on here are trolls they simply have a critical mind & call out BS when they see it. No offence at all to Eugenia as she is extremely ill but even in my darkest moments I wouldn't inadvertently or intentionally glorify this horrendous illness...Eugenia by all accounts has had this pointed out to her time & time again & refuses to listen...I'd understand if she hadn't been explicitly told perhaps but based solely on the comments section it's hardly a new story. Also, having had that history, I've been fascinated with Sam Sulek's channel. His body dysmorphia will kill him, he can't breathe, he's kind of purple and covered in varicose veins, and he's drugged to the gills on PEDs, but the comment section is the most over the top lovey dovey, hero worshipping dribble, I've ever read.

I was skinny like that once but then I realized my 10 year old daughter was watching me wither away and I put down the drugs and got healthy. She is 14 now and still trying to learn what a healthy body image is after watching me struggle most of her life with drug use and anarexia. I dont know if MS. The last time I saw a clip of her getting called out and reported for flashing on tik Tok, she didn't apologize for it, she didn't feel bad, instead, she acted like a victim, started crying like it was the end of the world because tik Tok would absolutely suspend her FOR ONE DAY... Let me repeat that ... She had a meltdown over a 24 hour suspension and did not even apologize for flashing. Then there's the constant gaslighting she does, if she doesn't want to get help, that's her decision, but after being held for a 5150 and spending a partial amount of time in treatment, she comes back on CZcams with Shane Dawson doing a "documentary" on her return, where she admits to having an eating disorder, and not that she needed to because its clear to anyone with eyes that she has one, but she did ,and so for her to keep gaslighting everyone and denying having anything wrong is disgusting and is how she glamorizes it, by not speaking about the realities of her situation which also gives out the wrong impression of the disease to her young viewers. She also caters to fetishists in a lot of her CZcams videos and did a lot on twitch as well. Her illness is not an excuse for being a crappy person. She's not some sweet, innocent, random, stranger kid that doesn't know what they do online. She is a grown a$$ woman that has a really crappy personality, she tried to keep a mask up with her fake high pitched voice most of the time, but since she's befriended Rich Lux and Jeffrey Star, she's gotten more comfortable with showing her true colors to everyone because now she has friends that have her back, so she thinks anyways. Everyone told me i had anorexia nervosa for like 10 months (september 2020- june 2021) and everyone told me i looked skinny. But i was never like this, i needed to add around 5kgs and at first i was supper nervous when eating and felt it as a pressure, but after few months i got healthy weight. I want to ask people to not claim someone to have anorexia if they are a bit skinnier (for me it added on a lot of stress and everyday would begin with me being stressed out abt food); but this girl clearly needs help. I'm not body-shaming her, but im seriously concerned abt her physical health.
She's struggling to breathe and running out breath so much more. I can't believe an individual could be this thin. And I can't believe CZcams advocates this.

I had anorexia in my early 20s. At this stage the person's organs start to shut down. My liver was enlarged and my periods stopped. Get off CZcams, surround yourself with people who geniunely care about your physical and mental health, and get better. You are worth it. I am now in my 40s. I have a healthy relationship with myself and food.
I wasn’t a watcher of this girl, but I watched a video @annaoop made about this girl, so I immediately went to check her channel. So I know the story, but it’s just so so sad seeing this girl now. She legit looks like a skeleton. This is proof of what social media could do to people, and people look up to her. I know many people don’t want to admit this, but I don’t think she can be helped anymore. She has been receiving many concerned messages for treatment, but refuse’s cause it gets her views. Like what? In the 13 years I’ve lived(which is obviously not a lot) I’ve never seen someone literally let themselves rot away just for a few likes. I’m glad my mom only lets me have CZcams and Discord for now. Everytime i come across this young woman i wish i could just teleport, sit and talk to her face to face. Its SO difficult to see someone in such dire need of help with no way to do anything about it as this slow death march continues ever closer to the abyss. Im a recovered opioid addict and been in recovery since 2017, since then I've tried to help SO MANY others and show them that there is a path out of hell. But out of all my attempts, only ONE young woman actually walked the path i guided her to, and she was successful in reaching the other end. All those attempts and only one was actually successful, so did i waste my time? NO! It was 100% worth it to save one person. I felt so much happiness for her. I actually WANTED to watch her channel because I wanted to see her succeed. It's a bummer that things have moved backwards again. All we can do is pray (if you're into that). I think her mom is playing a huge role in her delusions. It's crystal clear that the publics opinion means nothing to her. I think the only way she'll get help is by force or from an admittance into the hospital.

That might be what she claims but that's not necessarily what happened. I mean, a 51/50 is essentially by force so I'm sure she genuinely felt abducted but technically speaking... it happened after some sort of medical staff made the decision to admit her without choice @@mcktwiggy
Well, praying won't do a thing. I'm sure people have already prayed for years and years, but nothing is happening. In fact, she's getting worse. I don't know what to say. The whole situation is sad.
People want to see her get better. They keep watching and she just make more money. She should not be rewarded for this behavior

It seems her actual problem is that she's obsessed with the way she looks. The eating disorder is just second to that. She probably couldn't go without a mirror. Intervention would need to include no mirrors, no phone, no Internet, no makeup, no clothes. Take away those things and she may eventually eat food. Just a random thought I had watching her watch herself in her camera. Maybe I'm wrong.
