The best thing anyone can do for Eugenia at this point is to completely disengage with any and all of her content. She feeds off your hysteria about her weight, and her horrible mother feeds off the money her content brings in. If she were to fade into complete irrelevance, she might actually seek some help. But right now, her ego needs this to continue and won’t let her even consider getting better. Again, watch this train wreck and put sad emojis up at her inevitable death notice, or actually give her a shot to live, and completely disengage with everything “Eugenia Cooney” related. What you guys don't understand is not only is she so far into her illness that she doesn't want help- her mother is enabling the crap out of her. I saw a video where Eugenia had to basically ask permission to go outside and see the moon at night (she ended up not going outside). There's something very sinister going on in that house. The illness clings to the mom, if that makes sense. At this point we're just waiting for the inevitable.

Eugenia, I used to be in a situation like yours. All I cared was watching the scale number drop. It took me ten years to get back to health, and it's totally worth it! I look back and it was like a fever dream. It's never too late to seek help. Please stay safe.

I treat anorexia nervosa. Im a doctor and nutritionist but since she is going back and forth between weights its raising the mortality rate. Also in her eyes and face and hands I see signs that all her organs are probably working at 50% once you go lower than that death is in a couple days. All she has to do is gradually add calories. Don't overload because that could cause issues. But little bits of meals every three hours. Her system is at 50% right now I guarantee that....so you can't just shock the system with burgers and cake. That could actually kill her too. She is deep deep deep in the red zone. I just found her out...I'm gonna monitor her for awhile and show you how the body reacts as it shuts down.
She had to meet with a crisis center Thursday however no one knows the outcome of that yet.

Eugenia is so deep into anorexia it’s near impossible to change her mind set on this, we are all rooting for you. I can picture this becoming a documentary and the mother who is just absolutely awful like I can’t believe she just films Eugenia, it’s almost as if she enjoys watching her and filming her like this. I can picture the mother getting interrogated on a documentary as she should. She should be in jail! Watching her OWN daughter die slowly, very sad and truly heartbreaking :(
The degree of mother/daughter enmeshment is disturbing to bear witness to, because it’s such a classic setup for those with eating disorders. A narcissistic parent infantilizing her child for her own gratification. It’s scary and creepy and so very heartbreaking.
This is a 30 year old woman forced to remain a dependent child. I pray she gets the help she needs.

Eugenia, you deserve recovery. When people say that we want you to work on your health, we are your true fans not haters. Your true fans mean well and even though your head is telling you differently, we really do just want you to work on your health. I remember watching one of your videos right after you got out of rehab, and you said yourself that you didn't realize how bad things had gotten. How do you know it's not the same now? I know last time when you got 5150d, it was traumatic for you. There are many other options for treatment for you that are not traumatizing. They have outpatient service(where you aren't going to be locked up) and can attend counseling. I understand it may be overwhelming. Just because you are able to do your makeup/hair/stream, doesn't mean you are not sick. Often times with mental illness, we are blinded by it. Mental illness can trick us into thinking we are well, when really we are not. That's why it is so dangerous. I have been a fan of yours for over a decade. Been watching you since I was 13, and I am now 25. Us fans love you, especially your endless kindness and smile. We just want you to be as kind to your mind and body, as you are to other people. Just my yearly check-in, became too horribly sad to see her dwindle. Shocked to see she's never looked worse than she does now :( Every year I hold my breath, fearing it will be the year i find out her body gave up. What is this i her about bells and her being kept prisoner and stuff? naw, its actually worse even. heart muscles along with every other muscles get eaten away when your body starves like that... after what 4 years of nose diving its been now? the only reason shes still here is because shes this thin still, her heart can literally not sustain anything remotly close to a healthy body anymore.. shes a goner already bro... its so sad that people still hold out hope. For me, my ED started in a very chaotic time in my life and it was the only part of my life I felt I had control over, and if I kept my weight in control, I could then have the discipline to control everything else in my life as well. In this way, my weight became the determining factor of how well I was keeping everything together. If I gained weight, I was losing control and messing everything up again. If I was losing weight, I was responsible and disciplined which is something I was continuously told I wasn’t by my overbearing parent. I don’t want to assume how Eugeania feels, but I did want to stop by and say that I feel even more in control of my life now 2 years into recovery. It was hard and felt like everything was falling apart at first, but I don’t feel shaky now, I can walk up a flight of stairs without almost passing out, my hair is thicker, my skin is softer, I have more energy… my mind told me that staying thin was keeping everything from falling apart when in reality it was keeping me from truly putting things together. Almost died in 2019 from an ED went through recovery and now I’m in law school. Recovery is worth it.

If this video wasn’t pre-recorded, and then uploaded by her mom, then she would be talking about her visit that she had and how everything was just fine
You can schedule videos to release on different days so it's mostly pre-recorded because her visit was court ordered which means she didn't have a choice and they probably put her in an inpatient treatment centre after because she's not been on TikTok since or in Jeffree's chat in TikTok either so it's likely that they took away her phone

Y'all, Eugenia is beyond help at this point, as messed up as the situation is. She's been in this state for over a decade. Even if she went into recovery at this point, I guarantee she has irreversible organ damage. It's not an exaggeration when those of us with experience regarding EDs say she's ACTIVELY dying. Leave her alone, her illness has progressed to the point where she physically CAN'T recover, even if she wanted to.

in order to heal from an eating disorder you have to heal from the pain that is causing the eating disorder, otherwise you are just taking away your coping mechanism. i feel for Eugenia because recovery feels impossible for me too. it's about so much more than food and losing weight, when those symptoms are covering up lifelong abuse and trauma, the road to recovery is a much tougher battle than just eating more food or gaining weight. that's not even what EDs are truly about if you trace the roots back.
And where she promotes ED? How I know she never tells things like "dont eat", "you should lose weight", etc. Blaming her with that hurts me because theres people tells really promoting harmful things and no one thinks that they promote anything when they even forces others do bullshit or have opinion like they.
I hope you're off getting help. You might feel angry at the people who reported you to the crisis center now, but hopefully, later, you will understand that they were just trying to save your life. No one else was helping you, so strangers stepped in. People care. Don't give up.

Back in 2008 in middle school we had our teachers lecture us and watch videos on eating disorders and mental health. The last few weeks of their life and how they felt sitting on their end of life at any moment. I still remember it. If you want to live like this, but don’t let a mirror define your life. I’m praying for you, and by the comments I’ve seen…there’s not enough people on here praying. You still have a chance. On daily basis there’s people that don’t have a chance to live, but you still can make a difference, don’t take it for granted. Happiness fleet but joy is ever lasting hope.

I am also so very glad to see that you got to go to Disney last week, I am sure that is very healing and a good reset. I always feel so inspired when visiting there, it's truly a magickal place of dreams. A funny little thing I did a few years back that I wanted to share with you that I think you will appreciate. I took a few little ziploc bags that I labeled in my backpack and a mini garden tool scooper & gathered dirt from a few of the lands and placed that dirt in my own garden when I got back home. It was a bit awkward but I am so glad that I did this because honestly it was a priceless experience and my friend had to cover for me so we had fun and felt like we got away with something, too cool, these memories are. I just had to share that with you. It's cool to place a sweet little gem in your garden every moon in honor of the moons if you want to, it's fun! Like counting blessings, but counting moons. I try to make my ephemera papers every moon but I missed this one and last due to work, (Inflation!!) I will be getting back on track here very soon though, for the holidays, so that's a relief. Moon papers are special, especially when they smell like coffee and incense!! ☕

Man this really touched me. I've never been so moved by a comment. As someone who is currently fighting stage 4 cancer and recently diagnosed with pulmonary embolisms in both lungs 🫁 I sometimes get angry watching people purposely take their lives while I'm desperately fighting for mine . But when you said she such a sweet and forgiving soul , it made me realize I need be the same way. So thank you for that ❤

I went to a kinda foster home at 17 and never had any contact with them since (best choice of my life). I also was very dependent of my family and thought I could never do anything alone. I don't think that making videos makes her less well, I would even say that it is rather the opposite. That’s what makes her happy, and that’s a right to love it. Likely they left, went to a judge to get her sectioned when she refused to cooperate. I am sure she is in treatment now, but I doubt willingly. Lets hope she is doing well.

With all the people I’ve seen saying this is a pre upload and some people swearing they’ve seen this one as well as other suspicious comments, combined with the amount of time that she has taken to upload makes one wonder if she is even still alive. I know how hard it is to look in the mirror and not see what your sick brain tells you is staring back at you. It's not true. It's how our brain rewired itself to deal with trauma. Eugenia marketing at its finest. She knows that CZcams won’t allow this for much longer, so she’s making as much rage baiting-shocking content as possible before she is court admitted for treatment and demonetized. It’s all incredibly calculated and that’s why she been making a lot of “doing this for the first time” videos, Tiktok live streams, and rage baiting pictures/videos. Her goal was to make as much money before a complete shutdown of everything. Her and her mom knew what they were doing. She knows that her ED would gain more attention than the trailing off attention that recovery videos get once everything is okay. She will keep this up as long as everyone watches.

Eugenia reminds me of a friend I had at university 40 years ago. Intelligent, pretty. She was adored by her friends and family. All the boys liked her, not just “fancied” her, but liked her company. She developed an ED in first year. It got worse & worse. We all tried to help. It was recognized then, she was prickly and aggressive when food was mentioned. Meals out were a minefield. She would eat tiny portions, then race to the loo to throw up. Her beautiful teeth suffered. I cried the night I saw her face back lit - she was covered in hair. Not good. Her hair was ratty, her breath like cabbage. In the 2 years post Uni, she finally got a bit better. Her body never fully recovered. She told me that she had damaged all her organs, her fertility. So sad. I have a hunch that there was an incident or episode that triggered the ED. Once an ED gets its claws into someone, they are tenacious, vicious and so cruel. I wish Eugenia well on her journey into adulthood. I don’t think her mother is an enabler, I suspect her mother is keeping her “safe”. She provides a home, a stable environment. A clean home, laundry, protection from the outside world. Yes, it’s possibly a weighted and codependent relationship, but I also think Eugenia is a 12 year old and needs her mother. The responsibility her mother bears is quite terrifying. I would not want it.
Well said. I agree about her mother. She's in a tough spot. She tries to support Eugenia the best she can, but is that ultimately the best thing? There are no easy solutions here, unless Eugenia can change her way of thinking.
I often think about her mom. I believe there is more to this than what we can see and what we SUPPOSE based on the content Eugenia puts out there. But I dont think it is impossible that the mom actually really thinks the best for her is to let her do whatever makes E happy. Yes, her mother is enabling her. She tells her she's healthy. If your kid was on heroin would you tell them they're fine and perfectly healthy? Would you take pictures of them shooting up drugs so they can post it online to fuel their disorder? It is exactly the same thing. People who enable are accountable for the harm they cause even if it was well intentioned or out of ignorance. Enabling isn't always purposeful. This doesn't mean Eugenia isn't also accountable, but dismissing the fact that her mother plays a big role in keeping her ill is wrong... but likely out of ignorance of how to act around ED/addiction patients I guess.
