This guy does not speak at all, and yet his tutorials are very clear and straightforward unlike some tutorials where there is more talk than action.
You will have the best serve videos on you tube if you will include super slow motion video of the angle of the paddle when it strikes the ball. That is what is missing in almost every serving video on you tube.

Good point. But don't forget that you can control the play back speed of the video on the setting at the lower right corner of the video. Hope this helps a bit with what you are looking for.

Wow! I have been doing that serve for a long time... I never seen someone do the same..It was like my peraonal serve since I just tweaked a normal serve to be fast and almost taught its illigal. Hahaha! Nice!

Good instructions. What are your level in match play? I feel that my greatest weakness in my table tennis development is being able to read the movement of the game. I know a lot of theory, and my strokes and serves are becoming better quickly, but my reaction time towards my opponent is highly dependant on my ability to understand where the ball likely will go. This requires a lot of match practice, which takes a lot of time.

I assume you contact the ball at a height a little higher than the net? In your slow demonstration at the beginning you seem to make contact much lower than the top of the net.

The only problem is the backswing telegraphs that it will be long...unless your backswing is the same for all serves.
yeah, i mean, instead of long swing, u can hit the ball with short swing like other serve and u more wirst :D the oppenent 'll dificutl for read your spin serve :D

Looks like your first service is a foul service as you are hiding your bat during the service
Why do players hit their feet to the floor when serving? Seems stupid to me
some players try to hear the sound when the opponent is hitting the ball, so they know the amount of spin (hard/soft brush of the ball). when you hit your feet on the floor the opponent cant hear how hard you hit the ball
It's about the weight transfer
hit feet to the floor have 3 thing:
1, Hide sound of serve
2, Get more motion when u serve (more force, more spin)
3, Maybe scared the oppenent LOL

It's also a good timing mechanism.
for me its like a mental boost, i faced a far superior opponent when i was in high school and i use the stomping and he seems like scared and i took the won
