Hello i have a question! When u restarted it did it said that it will take like more than 4 hours! I am a little scared that i did something wrong! I didn’t delete any of the data base or some! But yeah idk why it will take so long

Bless you sir you were the only person whose video I watched who specifically said not to mess with the macOS base , I almost deleted it and messed up my computer , I was having trouble redownloading macOS Catalina because there was no disk ; I did not realize I needed to completely wipe the data on the HD disk and not mess with the MacOS base . I have a big question. I just recently sold my macbook air. And I didn't follow the 3-steps ahead of signing out. I just pushed "command +r" and the formated the HD and reinstalled. While the new used have issues with installing or signing in on a a new apple-id?

Hey, the very last step, where you have to install macOS Big Sur, how ling did it take? Mine is saying 3 hours..... I’m wondering if I accidentally did something wrong.

when I enter recovery mode it automatically brings up my account? how do I get past it?

Hold power button for the m1 chip
If it won’t go into recovery mode and it brings you to your account instead. Follow these steps! :)
Hold the Power Button until the Apple logo shows up with some text under it. Then hold Command and R. While you’re holding Command and R don’t let go of the Power Button and Command and R until you see a different screen. You should get the Recovery Screen now. If you didn’t get the Recovery Screen then press Option and you’re good to go :)

Mines had 3 different disk available to install Mac Big surf, I thought I deleted them all though. Here it goes... we’ll see

It was hard too, just choose options after holding down the power button, and then the steps should be the same in the video :)
Unfortunately, this video did not work for me and now have to take my MacBook to the store. I have a 2016 MacBook. Mac HD icon did not populate when it came time to reinstall MacOS. I played your video several times before going into this step. Praying that I don't have to pay anything to get the HD.
