After waking up meditate for 40 minutes and after that exercise and then bath while chanting Atharva shirsha, Bhimrupi , Ram Raksha and Hanuman chalisa. Complete all this by 5 or 5:30. After that it's a tremendous positive energy which keeps going and growing for the whole day. Love isn't in air it's always within yourself. You will also find it in the silence of BRAHMAMUHURTA

Hi everyone. Yesterday I saw this video & realised that from the past 60 days, I am not having any discipline & waking up at irregularly at 9,10 sometimes even 11 am. So I've decided that from today I have to wakeup at 4:00 am continuously for the next 21 days which I am not used to. And for indicating that I woke up at 4:00 am i will comment after 4:00 am as soon as I woke up. I pray God help me in doing this continuously for the next 21 days & to continue this after that also. I invite all my fellow humans to join this task. à„à„€

Wow. I started the final spiritual journey thanks to some divine messages I have listened to. Yesterday I watched sadghuru explaining what brahama muhurta is. I had been wondering why I was waking up before my alarm at 5am, I first woke up at 4:30, then it became 4:20, then after yesterday I awoke this morning at 3:30. I rolled over to my right with no feelings of groginess. I just came downstairs and I laid down on the floor, I felt a huge pop in my back followed by lots of smaller pops all over and after I got up I felt more. At exactly 3:45 without seeing the time I felt an overwhelming feeling of joy to the point where I couldnt help but cry tears of joy, I am so happy and content now I do not worry what tomorrow brings or my life after this one. Incredible, I almost cannot believe the dark place I came from not two weeks ago!

I used to study late till 2 am in night and wake up late around 7-8:30am. I was doing this till my final year of engineering. And I don't believe in this waking up early thing cause I was having a good academic record and result. But then I enrolled for GATE coaching in my final year and that also in the morning batch 06:00-09:30 a.m. and for that I needed to wake up around 5:00 am almost everyday. In the beginning I was regretting, why I'd chosen this batch but after a week I started feeling why my parents and others say and insists so much about waking early in the morning. I was more energetic, more focused and more alert in my studies. Don't believe me! Do try it out yourself atleast for 21days and feel the difference.

The more I reflect over my life, the more often I tend to wake up around 3.30 am. It is quite interesting and in the beginning I thought it is a sign of a depression. Now after having experienced it frequently for several years, I can say that it is often the case when I am considering which way to go with my life, when I am opening to meditation and spirituality.
So, now at 4am I made some hot water and will sit down for some yoga. Have a lovely and successful day!

I used to be an early bird and could wake up at 5AM without any alarm but now I oversleep and have no control over my sleep and myself. I have become really lazy and I'm having my exams next month so I need extra hours to study apart from my college timings. I've tried late night studies but that doesn't work for me. So luckily I came across this video and saw people commenting daily. I really like this idea and definitely start from today onwards. I have tried multiple times to fix my sleep hours but in vain. Hopefully this time I can succeed. Also I'll post daily before sleep about my study hrs 😊

It's morning 6:00 am , having two rooti with palm gur, then studying as usual. then only with water and 1 black pepper till lunch. Lunch at 11:00 am with Rice,1 vegetable (spinach or something like that) must and Dal/fish curry(cause we are Bangali). Then again going with water and black pepper till dinner. If anyday i get guava i eat it otherwise water and black pepper is enough. Dinner at 7:00 pm with 3 rooti and palm gur. Bed time is 10:30 pm. Wake up between 3:30-4:15. Then it goes on.
This was my genuine routine and I'm totally satisfied with it. I had constipation problem before, pimples and was getting fat, now i see many changes in the body. And yes i bath only with simple water , no soap no shampoo no oil. Now i just need to focus on meditation, hope so it will happen one day.

Bro, actually he is referring to the "Brahma Muhurta" time which is best prescribed for doing or starting any important things of your life. It starts 96 minutes before sunrise and ends at 48 minutes before sunrise. Accordingly you can calculate the time of "Brahma Muhurta" for where you are staying.
I think you may take sleep in afternoon.
As per science it is advised to have 6 to 8 hours per day for an adult. So decide it yourself how many hours of sleep are required.
But first of all, try to wake up at the "'Brahma Muhurta" if you're interested & if you're really sincere you can sort out other issues.

What is being referred here is early morning. So, wherever you live - in whichever country and timezone you live in - wake up early in the morning earlier than sunrise. That's what's being referred here and hope that's clear to you.
