- Max sitting on his perch after his Sunday shower. I was doing some dishes. Then he sees the stray cat outside that I feed and gets excited. Just another Sunday in Max land.

I love how he keeps saying hi to the cat; and then a few minutes later he's trying to use a bell to get the cat's attention through the window.
When he does that deep voice, he sounds like he is on a police radio. Maybe he was near one at his past owner's?

I love this video! It's just a regular day getting chores done with Max hanging out. I love how he taps his feet on the post as if to say, "hurry up I'm getting impatient with you." And then he sees a cat, that reaction was hilarious! Pretty similar to my cats when they see a cat walk into their yard. Then they're basically suction-cupped to the window until the cat leaves the yard. What a beautiful bird and so lucky to have a great home.

Dan, you have such a heart for animals. Your videos give me such enjoyment and calm. Max is one loved bird and I love his little birdy face! I am a high school teacher and my students always laugh at me when I get distracted by the little chickadees and cardinals out my window. One time there was a stray cat and I would let her in the window to walk around on the students' desks!
