Max is a beautiful well loved bird. I love his deep voice. We had an Afican gray and her name was Gracie and she did my voice and my husband voice. She cracked us up. When the phone rang she would sa 'Hello! And then carry on a one sided conversation.
Our yellow naped Amazon does the same. When the phone rings, he says hello, and starts his own little conversation. It is very funny to listen too. Birds are so intelligent! 😎😘
Everyday we face huge problems.....our budget.....our taxes.....food.... working regardless ends are not met. Then I come home and enjoy Max facing his dilemmas bravely. And enjoying the fact his Dad so understands him ! His Dad allows him to be who he is. Still, doing what needs to be done. Actually Love is the answer, the reason, the path. Love you guys !

I think he's saying "Hi Maaaax" and "Little boy" (two of his most common phrases) slurred together but it's hard to tell because of his enunciation.
