- The Nissan Gloria restoration has been quite interesting. I have always been curious how different cars are constructed, so it's neat to be able to dive deeper into the chassis. Franzy has been daily driving the Acura Integra sedan project car, and just like any car, maintenance is required to keep it reliable. She also cleaned and polished the headlights which made for quite an improvement!

RG2's look soooo good on anything! One of my dream wheels. Also a quick fyi in case you didn't know, a 90-93 Integra hood latch cable is what you need to have the cable work like factory. Fits and works perfectly. Just did one for someone last week. You'll have to keep an eye out for on in the junkyard though, I haven't found anywhere to buy them new anymore unfotunately

I did a headlight restore with one of those Turtle Wax kit; looks basic compare to your Meguiars kit. The result was decent, but I was hoping for more like-new result like on your car. I may have to try out the Meguiars one.
I really enjoy the major auto body projects like the one that's currently in progress on your Nissan Gloria; it fun to see how cars are constructed.

Just a little mechanic tip for you, jacking up from lower control arm and lifting pry bar up and down between the wheel and the ground allows you to check movement in lower ball joints. Jack the vehicle up fully and have both front wheels off the ground hanging freely and do the same thing with a pry bar and you'll be able to check upper ball joints for movement. Love your work Mike, keep it up 👌🏻

Another great video , I just searched the web for Nissan 300ZX for sale in South Africa and only like 4 popped up , one guy was selling hid 1993 Nissan Fairlady 300zx for R265000 ( almost $14k ) , so finding one by me is rare . The guy who is selling it stays in Pretoria while Im in Durban . just an interesting fact from half way round the world. and its a convertible too but an automatic , plus it has nice black interior that will make you smile

just used that kit on my 370z, makes the lights look brand new! should last about 2 years till it has to be done again

I use a magnet stick to remove dropped bulbs inside headlights .
I'm fairly certain that the seam where the quarter meets the rear filler panel is leaded from the factory. Be extra careful grinding in that spot in the future
If it's not an HOA neighborhood that doesn't matter if there's a noise complaint as long as you're quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

@PrizzaMike Get you some gorilla hot glue sticks and heat one end up with a lighter and sick it to the connection side of the bulb and wait till it cool really well. It should bond strong enough to yank that bulb out. Had this happen with my old teggy but GG sticks weren't around at that time, used body work glue sticks used for pulling dents. It worked like a charm the hard part was getting to bulb in the position and hold still while I attached the stick, wound up using a coat hanger with duct tape sticky side out wrapped on the end to hold the bulb still... make sure is secured good cause fishing the tape out once it stuck to the inside was kind of its own nightmare. Hope this helps spark an idea or deal with it
