    Got a 2015 cm 2350 with 1100 miles on it dripping coolant out of the back of the head . Looks fun

    I tie two .010 feeler gages togather to run the lash.. I dropped the bottom one in the pan one time. Never again.

    Cummins quick serve says the lash should be from .002 to .004

    your issue with liners dropping is not enough protrusion of your liners
    we cut snd shim till we are at max 0.014" and on modified engines we go 0.002" over max and that doesnt allow the liners to move/rock and where down the counterbores and thus drop and blow a gasket

    How to assemble the injector camshaft gear? If the gear spring bolt loosened (4 bolts), so, 4springs can not copression.

      Vienes de fabrica se llaman cuñas tenés de distintas medidas para distintos tipos de motores .

    Cool, but hardly a new concept.
    Split scissor gears have been used on primary drives in motorcycles for decades now. They are quite reliable despite resembling the much hated dual mass flywheels that have plagued cars over the last decade.

    what happens if there is a problem in the front gear train? (does it make the engine make more sound or make it smoke or something)

      I wouldnt try to rebuild your motor yourself unless you know somebody that can help alittle bit when you get stumped. But you will save close to 20k of it runs when your done..warranty is still on parts unless its obviously your fault

    looks lame to me because those gears with springs are look alike double mass flywheel - part that damaging itself after 100k miles
