    Very helpful. From experience I would add a 6th. Take a shit before the match, not during the match.

      I always have a shit before a match. But it’s never a satisfying one, it’s a nervous one.

    question: I have the impression that fried chinese noodles with chicken and eggs is a great meal to load up on a lot of stuff. right!? seems to work great for me, making a big difference.

    i just want to ask, "do we need to split step everytime player about to hit the ball?" in all situation? hope someone answer thanks

      Yes, split step is important. It helps you to be ready to get ready to move faster to get to the ball only if you do it at the right time. It's all tie to your footwork as well with great timing. There are times when opponents hit those deeper shot and you will be in unbalanced situation. That time u don't have time for split step. You only can run and fight for it.

    I disagree....... you should pasta a few hours before the match but no meats. You also forgot to mention stringing your racquet and changing your grip. You can't really control anything else because you don't know where your opponent will hit.
