I have to agree on the Enviolo gearing, The first e-bike I had with the carbon belt drive and the Enviolo hub, it was night and day compared to the standard chain and derailleur. I never went back to a chain after that, had 4 e-bikes all with the Enviolo gearing, certainly worth checking the hubs out, you'll never look back.

Bought my gazelle from FC. The top 3 concerns still remain:
1. Safety
2. Security
3. Weather.
Safety when riding - outside of London. Limited protected cycling infrastructure. I think this puts off a lot of peeps from cycling on the roads. Eg I wear a dual camera on my helmet when riding on roads. I have reported around 90 close passes when riding out on urban roads. So we need more protected cycling infrastructure to get to places and a proper protected cycling network for e-bikes to really take off.
Security- get the best locks and get it insured. Get the Connect module - with e-lock, e-alarm and GPS tracking.
Weather - sublime when riding it in fine weather, but not so when it’s cold, wet and windy. So need weather proof clothing.
