    I appreciate that you have a sense of humor and can laugh at your own mistakes. It makes it easier not to take ourselves too seriously. Always good to keep in mind no one is infallible.

      Well we must laugh at ourselves and love ourselves not in a narcissistic way but if we can’t laugh and love ourselves how can we possibly be truly happy and share that with others laugh and the world laughs with you

    Hi Clive, thanks for another great video. I particularly enjoy the videos like this one that show how to make paints at home. Its a real boost to understand 'store bought' paints better and I find i am much more likely to follow my creativity and experiment knowing I can drastically reduce the cost by making paints etc myself. More videos like this would be much appreciated please.

      It’s a continuous process I’m making videos on the subject as I like to delve into the history of paint it’s only in the last 100 yrs or so that people bought paints from the shops

    Clive this is so awesome!! Thank you for this....I'm thinking how cool it would be to use the glare as stars, sun glistening on the water etc. Love this!!!

    This was very interesting. I was thinking of the weary left over after making cheese. My Mum made cheese a lot and she would throw away the wey. Water substance that would come to the top.

    • @CLIVE5ART
      @CLIVE5ART  Před 6 lety +3

      The way is not any good for paint as it does not contain Casein which is a protein but it’s in the cheese there is a paint mixture used as far back as the Egyptians I’ll be making a video on this soon

    Very informative Clive! Was wondering if it flakes up at all after its completely dry? Also could you mix it with your store bought acrylics to get a glare? Thank u so much for sharing!! Have a great day my friend! 😊

      It has been know to become brittle if too thick but it’s been used for 100s of years and old method of painting can it be mixed I don’t see why not as long as it’s not mixed with oils

    one old timey way of keeping eggs was to put them in a container and fill it with vinagar and they would stay good because the air would stay out and the vinagar wouldnt spoil

    • @CLIVE5ART
      @CLIVE5ART  Před 6 lety

      Vinegar is a preservative so it would penetrate the shell and keep them fresh I guess
