    Ps Doug and Ps Ross thank you. The Sabbath tells us a lot more than we think. Definitely the 2nd coming will begin with any day of the week and all activities will end by the 6th day before the 7th day which will be Sabbath. On Sabbath we will be in worship. So l live my life knowing that Christ will come and all activities will take place from Sunday to Friday, but when Saturday comes l know the only activity is worship. I then prepare and look forward to another 6 days. The bible and the Spirit talks.

    You can of course pray to the Holy Spirit, as all 3 of the God Head... Remember this about the Holy Spirit... When you cannot find the words to pray to Yahweh & Yahshua the Holy Spirit will pray for you ,in moans and groans that only the God Head understands... Hallelu Yah, Hallelu Yahshua, Hallelu Rauch of Elohym

    I would like to know Pastor Doug and Pastor Jean thoughts on Christian nationalism. I don't know about other parts of the country but in the south, it seems like it's everywhere. Also, their thoughts about the churches getting so politicalized. Hope I spelled that right.

    • @Vladi.G
      @Vladi.G Před 6 měsíci

      Christian nationalism comes from the good intention of fighting against the wicked liberal agendas, but because the churches that are pushing for Christian nationalism are in sin as they willingly transgress the law, they will be used by Satan to establish the image of the beast. They think that God’s kingdom can forcefully established here on earth by legislating it into existence. They don’t understand that the kingdom of God is established by conviction through the changing of hearts under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
      Christian nationalism will then lead to the Sunday law.

    Regarding the caller who asked should she stop reading the Bible because the Bible doesn’t save her. Of course what saves a person is written in first John. She needs to believe that Jesus is God and His death for our sin is why she can be saved. Believing that fact and obeying what’s written in the Bible is what saves her. The Bible is written as God’s instructions on how to be saved. It is very important to read the Bible. But Paul has written in the Bible that there will be people in heaven who have never heard of the Bible, but they obeyed God’s voice in their mind. A person can be saved without the Bible, but if we have a Bible it’s absolutely important to read it, because it would be difficult to be saved without reading God’s instructions. The Bible contains the Ten Commandments and the Bible teaches all about God and how to be saved.The Bible is the only book you can depend on to teach you the truth, and the difference between what is right and what is wrong.

    With all due respect Pastors Doug and Jean, I would never advise anyone that it is okay to keep Sabbath and attend a sunday church. EGW explicitly says that we should never attend services of another church unless invited to preach our doctrines at that church. Sorry, I do not have the citation handy, but I have read it several times.
    Yes, we can and should worship God daily in our homes in addition to keeping the Sabbath holy.
    Someone once tricked me into attending her church (Pentecostal) by saying "I'll come to your church if you come to my church." Everything sounded like gibberish. She LIED. I have never done that since. Other than funerals or weddings for close family or friends, I never attend other churches.
    Sometimes people join our church from other faiths, and they were not properly studied with. They kept attending both churches. When I tried to explain our beliefs to them, they just said, "Oh, I don't believe that." (things like Sabbath sacredness, unclean foods, health message...) They were retained on the books of BOTH churches.

      Ap. Paul writes about the Mosaic Law, his part about the sacrifices "which were against us" Jesus nailed to the cross and we are no longer under those invalid laws. The Ten Commandments apply as long as heaven and earth exist and not a single comma passes away.

    Why do you think the millennial rule of TheLord from Jerusalem will be in heaven when it isn't in the Bible

    • @davidstarr6604
      @davidstarr6604 Před 6 měsíci +8

      Where else could it be? Rev 20 does not say it is on earth. We know the wicked are destroyed by the brightness of Jesus' coming and the slain of the Lord are from one end of the earth to the other. We know Jesus comes in the clouds and takes His people off the earth. We know He promised His disciples that they (us as well) will be with Him in heaven. We know the earth will be made new and the New Jerusalem will come down from heaven after the 1,000 years of Rev 20 are finished.
      Jesus' kingdom is eternal. He will rule forever from New Jerusalem in the new earth. The 1,000 reign is a temporary reign in heaven between the 1st and 2nd resurrections of Rev 20. There will be no humans left alive on this old earth during those 1,000 years.
      Look up all the prophecies in scripture concerning Jesus coming and you will see that they fit into one of 3 categories. 1) His first incarnation as human, born of a virgin, slain for our sins and resurrection. 2) He comes to take His people off the earth (including the resurrected righteous). 3) He comes again bringing the New Jerusalem with Him (as well as all His people). At which time the wicked are ALL resurrected to face judgement..
      I have a list somewhere breaking down the many events that have to occur each of those 3 times which also show they CANNOT be the same events but separate times Jesus will come.

      @@davidstarr6604 In Zach 14 it says his feet come down upon the mount of olives. Isaiah 2 he rules from Jerusalem. Rev 5:10 We will reign with him on the earth. It says he will not make a complete end. 1 third will be brought thru the fire. The called out ones will meet him in the air with their spirit bodies. We know not what we will become but we will be like him and see him like he really is, eyes of flame ,brighter than the sun. Nuclear energy. Zach 14 All nations will keep the feast of tabernacles or get 0 rain. All nations shall learn from him in Jerusalem. The Saints shall resurect their families in reverse generations and teach them the mystery of God. The Sabbath repesents the 1000 final year rest of Christ, faith not required. He will right his laws on their hearts.
