Private Parking Lot Revenge

- Greece. This is what happens when you leave a car in a private parking lot for too long (over a year), without permission, not giving a ****..
Update: The owner threatened people when they asked him to take the car away. The car was trashed after his threats on wrong people. He didn't even appear after that. That was a special and actually weird case for Greece, things like that usually don't happen here. Of course, the legal way would be wiser, but not convenient for this country, for it could take up to 10 years to finish the case, and sometimes even more.

#parking #revenge - Auta a dopravní prostředky
My friend and I got a job shoveling approximately 3 feet of snow off the flat roof of a warehouse that measured 60 feet by 100 feet and were told to dump the snow on a convertible that was illegally parked next to the building.
Love it.lol
Carefully placed in the back of the truck - did'nt want to damage the side panels !
now that's how to solve a parking problem.
As Ashton would say “Dude, where’s my car?”
I think that was a scrapped car and someone named this video as parking revenge lol
You don't scrap a car with the plates on in Greece. Those plates would have been deposited with the tax office long before the car would be scrapped. Nobody in their right mind would do that. The way the law is, if you don't return the plates, you owe registration fees (for that car about 250 euros a year) in perpetuity, till you do return them, add to that the recent new taxes, and insurance and inspection requirements (automatic online fines if either expires while you still have plates).
That said, I am not 100% it is parking lot revenge per se, as the law will not allow for that either, you call the cops, you don't destroy a car. It is something in between.
There is an alternative, George. What if a tourist had bought a cheap car rather than renting one, and then just dumped it when he left the country? The way things work in the bureaucracy he would be back home long before the paperwork made its way through channels.
John Va
in greece you can scrap the car with plates .first of all you mean it you have have done all the necessary papers which says...i give permission to that company named.....te receive my car and my plates.after that you immediately take the signed paper and finish..official paper not toilet paper..i have done twice
I hope you are right
Against the law to wreck a car.
People loved to take my parking spot at work. Even if all the spots around me was open. I did not have this level 10 revenge as you have, but I enjoyed my notices on those windscreens with a thick glue stucked on or thos bad lipsticks written all over the windscreens 😇🙄😳
Looks like a scrapper to me. Loads of rust or burn marks on the bonnet.
Van owner frantically looking for his keys.
I wish I could give another thumbs up. We have had toads park across our driveway and i wish we could have done the same thing.
such a bummer to ruin a good car tho. couldn't it have just been hauled away and hopefully sold to those who need a leg up.
Love this!
looks like some one was really pissed off
Thanks for the advise. In he parking lot in my sister's apartment complex, there is an abandoned car, for over a decade.
Check with your Secretary of State's office (title and license plates for cars, that branch). My sister had an employee who just left her car when it wouldn't start, eventually stopped coming into work and they could not find her. My sister was able to have the car declared "abandoned" then she bought a title for it.
It was very handy. Carole (my sister) had another car the same model, old, parts hard to find. So the abandoned car became their parts department!
@@veralenora7368 That's cool. I'll try from my side if that works.
I was trying to park today to attend a funeral. There were a number of abandoned cars taking up parking spaces, and I had no luck finding parking for my car.
thatll buff right out
Love it , should be that way everywhere.
Nice context.
That was sooo satisfying to watch 👀
where is my car = it`s in the junk yard now - make a good song there !
Those Greek tow trucks are somethin else!!
Living in Vancouver, where there are many water crossings and too few bridges, I’ve always thought that a gantry crane with a grapple would be a great way to clear the cars that breakdown or runout of gas.
Let's just hope there's an "Accidentally Crushed by a Grapple Crane" clause in their car insurance! : )
Crane operator, the one and only Greek that worked that year.
Greeks even work at all?
What about the white van blocking the red car?
This is probably a private car park for say a block of apartments where everybody knows each other, so if you need to get out you just ask the owner of the van to move it.
The owner of the red car left it there intentionally to take place (...), untouched, for the last 6 years, he doesn't use it. The black Toyota is his new one. I say intentionally because a family can only put one car in the parking area (it's a building with 30 apartments, with parking places for no more than... 20 cars...), but some put more than one sometimes so he left his old car there just to prove something... whether right or wrong, making the situation even worse.
nice
Well, I call bull shit on this video. What is the point of destroying someone else's car and risking going to jail for destruction of property and theft when you could just have it towed like normal people do...
Randy Romans Repeat Offender perhaps?
Lisa Hayes - maybe but 2 things stand out, 1. the car is old and shitty so I'd say whoever owns it isn't rich enough to pay multiple impound bills. 2. the car was moved away from the wall which means they dragged it somehow or it was pushed out by the owner putting it in neutral. If it was dragged out why not video that as well?
Randy Romans Fair enough.
Maybe for wealthy Americans this car is old and tired, but for Greece, this is nothing unusual. Read the description at the beginning..and all will be revealed ; - )
+Ham and Eggs - The description was updated after my comment so actually all is not revealed. I still don't believe that story because when something sounds like BS it usually is. I've owned plenty of shitty cars in my time so it has nothing to do with wealth but if it is as you said, not an unusual car, then my question as to how someone could afford to pay the fines for being towed all the time is beyond me.
Again, why would the owner of the building risk getting sued by the car owner when he could just as easily have it towed.
very sophisticated. let's send them more money.
I wish we could do that in every country.
Love it
What! They don't have tow trucks over there?
Good show
Looks like there is room for two in that truck
Just a scrap car being collected.
Russia need this tow truck
I thought this was fake assuming this was from USA or Canada. This is In Europe so I wouldn't be surprised if it was done this way. Over here we have flatbed tow trucks if not standard tow trucks. Some places in Europe are in no mans land that it would be to expensive to get a two truck there so they used the alternative way. They probably take the car off private
property and dump it there on the side. Owner is responsible for the rest, plates, towing, etc.
I see a junk car removal, if not that company just bought a brand new car
CLAAAAWWW....
👏👏👏👏👏👏
wish we can do that in the US people leaving their cars blocking our drive way all the time and the cops take hours to days to write a ticket so we can get it towed.
Ya gotta get clever and take the law into yer own hands. Street justice.
The actual owner of the car had died 8 months before this happened.
that is not true
That will buff out.
Love it! Hi Greece from Serbia!
Did the operator just pat the crane for a job well done?
It looks like in Greece you only get towed once.
No tow trucks in Greece?
Towing is one thing. Destruction is another. Looks phony anyway.
Modern day Trojan Horse
He should take the white MPV to the left as well. That looks like a puddle oil under it....
That's also how they do it in Russia. Fork lift or tow truck works too
That would be sooooo fun
Give this guy "the loaner".
it's more funny how they took over a year to do something. whimps
Oh noooo 😂
This kills the car
Hi!
I do believe that is going to make someone wish they would've stayed home in bed. 🖤😂🤣😂🖤
Nobody in Greece has a tow truck.........?
You know some guy was itching to use that grapple truck.
Wish we did that here in U.K.
Why wasnt it just towed? At least it could be sold to auction
Shit!... is that where I parked it!!
I love this, I had a man pay me for a tow with a bad check I returned the bad check to him and asked for payment plus $10. Fee for the bad check, He asked to pay with another check told him to call Bank and confirm that he could cover it thay said he could. So I took it, he called and stopped payment. I went at night took car to friends crusher than put it back in his driveway. Parked my pu with camper down his street, Next morning I got to watch him find his crushed car. My payment is now complete.
Do you Bogart❓
@@tommyboy6494 Bogart? I gave great prices on tows, believe in treating people like I would like to be treated, can not stand a lier or a theaf so I deal with them harshly.
@@michaelray5660You're still a Bogart
@@tommyboy6494 you say so. Next time I get a bad check than I can contact you for payment. Than we will see who's the bogart.
"Of course, the legal way would be wiser, but not convenient for this country, for it could take up to 10 years to finish the case, and sometimes even more."
It would not be wiser if it takes up to 10 years.
That's why I say "would be" + "but not convenient" + the explanation as to why it isn't convenient.
Yes, I understand and agree. Here, in California, property in storage can be sold at public auction if it's left unpaid for a specified amount of time. In either case it's best to search the car or property to determine if there is a dead body, explosives, poisons, contraband of some kind. Either way many of us enjoy seeing a car being crushed. Keep posting more videos and thank you.
It was the owners Daughter's car
This is how you DEAL with people on private property. Straight forward.
That's funny
Rather drastic, but the person was asked to move 1st. jh
An 80's or so Ford Taurus.?
If that was my car, they would have a visit to Jesus! lmao
So the greek mob killed a guy and dumped his body in the river, and this is the video of them getting rid of his car eh
wow what a way to repo a car for missed payments. guess they are serious about pay on time or else . lol
lol
Taking it away was bit stupid they'll just report it stolen should just crushed it and left it there would of been better look on there face
Gotta be that car was dumped and the parking lot owners wanted rid of it.
Gotta be you haven't read the description.
is that truck and old Mercedes-Benz sk if it is you don't see many around anymore there like rocking horse poo 15 years ago they were everywhere verry rare breed now sk merc trucks
I am pretty sure this isn’t legal
Monster Joe's Truck and Tow
lmao
In the United States, we are required to call the police who come out and sticker it for 96 hours. If nobody responds after that amount of time, the police will do what's called a "police tow." The police officially have the vehicle towed, without damage of course, to that cities impound yard. If the owner doesn't claim it within 30 days, the vehicle is sold at an auction.
That is a civilized way of solving such a problem. In this specific incident though, the outcome came from anger. When anger affects something, usually logical control is getting lost and there are outcomes like road rage and car smashing. We live in a world where anything can happen any time. Statistically we have 1% psychopaths currently on Earth, which amounts to 80,000,000 psychopaths, individuals who display a persistent pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others, as well as a lack of empathy, remorse, and conscience.
@@BState Then in that case the owner of the vehicle 🚗 can sue or hold the property owner/crane operator legally responsible for damages to his ( the vehicle owner) property, even if it’s unauthorized or left abandoned on private property. The property owner has a legal responsibility to “safely” remove the vehicle from his property.
@@jenniferjelke2502 As previously mentioned, the situation was unique and driven by anger, leading to the car being smashed. It's essential to remember that the car owner's threats escalated the situation, resulting in an emotionally charged response from those involved.
In a perfect world, everyone would adhere to the law and act rationally, but we must also acknowledge that human behavior can be influenced by factors such as anger and frustration. With an estimated 80 million psychopaths worldwide (individuals who display a persistent pattern of disregard for others' rights and a lack of empathy, remorse, and conscience), it's no surprise that some situations spiral beyond reason and legal boundaries. Although the car owner could potentially sue for damages, their absence after the incident complicates matters. As a society, we should strive to improve our legal systems and overall approach to handling such cases efficiently, while also recognizing that unexpected emotional responses are sometimes unavoidable.
@@BState In either case, neither the parking lot manager/owner nor the crane operator can determine if there's a lienholder who has a substantial interest in that (the vehicle) property. Usually, the vehicle is scrapped in one of two ways; voluntarily by the owner, or by payoff from an insurance company. For example, a thief cannot smash a store front, merely because he's mad at the store. However if need be, if the police smash the store front window to apprehend the burglar, then a court awards the store owner for the damages, thus holding the burglar liable.
@@jenniferjelke2502 You make a compelling point about the importance of considering lienholders and following due process to protect all parties' rights and interests. However, the Greece incident was a unique, emotionally charged situation where anger overrode logical thinking. While it's crucial for society to improve our legal systems and promote rational decision-making, we must acknowledge, as I said before, that human behavior can deviate from expected norms, particularly when emotions are involved. Complex human behavior may sometimes lead to actions that fall outside the boundaries of established rules and protocols.
Well what I think it's an old car that's why they did it they know it must be a poor man car and if it was a brand new car they would never do it because they knew it could be a powerful man and he could get them all hostage
What's with the helicopter sounds? No rotor wash and who would spend the fuel to record this. Just a guy standing on the roof of a building. no need to hype it up.
That's the truck's diesel engine reving to power the grapple. Been around diesel's much? :P
isn't that theft ?
Layers just a vehicle and going to the scrap yard
thats illegal in 200 countries sorry
they have tow trucks,,,, even in backword greece
So is leaving your car on someone else's property and refusing to take it after multiple notices. Yeah, this was probably illegal, but when people are pissed, they do illegal shit. Besides, unless you are caught right in the act, pretty much nothing happens, and even if you are, it's a civil case for the courts. Piss someone off bad enough and they won't care. Ever seen the guy dumping cement in the car blocking him in Russia? Illegal as hell, but he did it anyway.
Illegally
I call bullshit
Jail time for the operator.

I'd love to see something like this happen with my next door neighbor, she always parks her car in other people's spots and not her own.
Nothing an Icepick to the sidewalls late at night on each tire won't fix, Lessons will be learned.
Sugar in the tank and she won't be driving that car anymore.
So fake ,this was not a parking issue or they would be sued.
Looks like BS. Click bait. No country would allow you to pick up a car and junk it like that
No country allows illegal things, but, they do happen.
