I agree to that area. Also from the area, and I was the one who signed up properties, then also worked in the yard, releasing those cars. Managers were pretty soft and flexible to people I think should've learned a lesson. But these Dallas managers really don't want confrontation from the tenants. But sometimes the parking rules aren't exactly clear and people get towed and I was told to almost direct everybody to the property manager. I wanted to do the same when I got towed! I do think that residents don't get some information pertaining to parking, and some completely ignore it. But the parking managers around the DFW area are quite lax.
Im very fortunate here. Our management takes no crap from anyone. If you have a solid reason and tell them about it, they give you 2 weeks more. After that, its gone. No negotiations at that point. God bless!

If there's anything I've learned from this channel, it's that you can judge how long a vehicle has been parked in a space by how filthy the space is after the car is moved... And the longer a car has been parked in a space, and the junkier the car, the more likely its entitled owners will make a scene.

Since it was a delivery parking area, she was entitled to park there because she was delivering some drugs to different residents in the apartment building. It's not her fault that she has many deliveries to make. It takes more than 15 minutes to deliver a kilo of cocaine to many apartments. No wonder she was pissed.

My nice work memory, was walking through the yard and marking cars that were to be transferred to the auction property. I came up with it, working in the office. But also listened to my driver's. So I'd could take 5 minutes, get outside, with some fresh air, and help my driver's out, and still work. They thanked me. My driver's were doing efficient, so they get a good job. One towing job I remember a thank-you.

Man back in 85 -90 I owned my own tow company, 3 trucks. I did not like towing private property impound because I couldn't handle arguing with people and being a young hothead myself it usually was just a mess. It's amazing how the timeline and vehicle condition changes, depending on who the tenant is speaking to. "It has only been days" turns to weeks, "There was no sticker" then an admittance they took it off themselves, and of course the fault is always everybody but their own, the sense if entitlement is unbelievable!

At the apartment complex I live in we have dedicated spots. My apartment has 6 spots for it (I actually pay monthly for the 4 extra spots because I have a large trailer that takes up 4 spots because it wont fit in otherwise. I constantly have to ahve people towed out of my spots because they cannot read the big signs RESERVED for apt ###.

Car was there for THREE WEEKS! End of Story. Plus it doesn't run. Game Over lady. Two stickers as well. All she had to do was move it 10 feet over...... Anybody who has a brain KNOWS that's not a parking spot. It's plainly marked.
Even if a tow truck company did steak outs, that means those businesses have had issues with people parking there when they shouldn’t, and if people followed the rules, it would be a waste of time doing steak outs and then they wouldn’t do it.
I once parked in a handicapped spot and forgot to put my placard up, thankfully no ticket or tow. The audacity of people parking anywhere they want it so frustrating. GOOD JOB AS USUAL.

Car was there for THREE WEEKS! End of Story. Plus it doesn't run. Game Over lady. Two stickers as well. All she had to do was move it 10 feet over...... Anybody who has a brain KNOWS that's not a parking spot. It's plainly marked.
I was going to call...umm no u were going to remove another sticker.
The manager handled that with such class, glad she enforced the parking issue. And didn’t she say the darn car wouldn’t start?!
Even if a tow truck company did steak outs, that means those businesses have had issues with people parking there when they shouldn’t, and if people followed the rules, it would be a waste of time doing steak outs and then they wouldn’t do it.
I would love to get more of the story for the DEA tow.

I once parked in a handicapped spot and forgot to put my placard up, thankfully no ticket or tow. The audacity of people parking anywhere they want it so frustrating. GOOD JOB AS USUAL.
