Everyone the hound takes her to is dead
The hound went out of his way to come to the vale so lady arryn would take in arya and reward him for protecting her. But after all that time and travel they arrive just 3 days too late so instead the hound gets squat
The hound went all that way to ransom Arya back to Lady Arryn, and after all that she ends up dying. That’s why she’s laughing.
