    @fittuber : I am curious to know Why is it suggested by many to eat garlic every day? They say it increases metabolism, thins blood, aids weight-loss, reduces cholesterol, Improves bone health, detoxes heavy metals from body etc. My gym instructer asked me to chew on garlic every morning before coming to gym.
    However I understand, anything in excess is harmful.
    Please help understand. Thanks in advance 😀

      Its because productivity of organic farming is less...
      Less food is produced from same land as compared to conventional farming..Further one has to get organic certificate which is further a cumbersome process..
      Shelflife of organic produce is less..
      Insect pest infestation is also more because you can't use chemical pesticides..
      Most of the seeds these days are hybrid which requires high nutient demand which can be fullfiled by chemical fertilizers and not organic manure...

    i always Eat Sprouts by boiling it for few minutes , Otherwise They remain Raw even after Keeping them for few days .
