Reply to this comment with the particular parts of the house you want to see in detail!

I need to see lots of rough in. I heard about the new blue and purple sheathed romex, which you gotta show (if it's legal in your jurisdiction).
Edit: you also must explain why you didn't go with 3 phase power for this house (residential excuses don't cut it!)

I would love to see the service entrance into the property through to the panels! I think that is amazing that they are getting their own transformer!

I would like to see the transformer in detail - that's something I've never seen up close before. How is it wired? How is it distributed? Etc.

Everything with the smart panels, backup power, and low voltage.
I would assume fiber would be ran to the out building(s).

I would never want my breaker panel to be connected to the internet just no need for that

Who builds a million dollar home with lumber? If you have money, use ICF or concrete block, reinforced to duplicate Florida’s building codes.
What’s wrong with lumber? Can it withstand water, wind, fire, termites snd bullets? I don’t think so. I. Referring to the exterior walls primarily. I’d have the garage and master bedroom walls using block too.

I like those electric panels. I'd opt for them if they have ones that do NOT connect to the Internet and were not "smart". If people knew what I know about cyber security, they wouldn't want their stuff on the Internet either. Oy vey.

To clarify, the Leviton does not connect to the internet without purchasing the separate smart module.
