You can really see Japanese society come through in their movies. Girls and boys are basically separated in schools and their culture doesn't approve of woman engaging a man first. Men are so afraid of being turned down they don't ask women out. I've watched documentaries that explain japan's loneliness problem that explains it in great detail. It is sad because everyone interviewed was in their 30s and never even kissed a member of the opposite sex. This explains why so many movies like this exist and why women in anime are so flirtatious and force themselves on male characters.

Unfortunately that’s starting to happen in the US as many women are entitled, thinking they deserve their dream man simply for existing. They’re rude, arrogant and spoiled. Luckily for me I got married right before all that started happening. My wife is wonderful.

If the guy that makes this ever sees this I just wanted to say you're a really good storyteller and you make the movies really enjoyable thanks for letting us know everything about these movies it's probably intrigued us to a lot of these movies that we would never thought in a million years would be good but a lot of them really turn out to be really good
i think theres a writing team that writes the script and then this guy does the vocal and another group does the editing? idk how many people are involved but at least 3

Japanese men really need to start dating women. They are always creating these sort of scenarios
There is a cultural problem. They have a very “comply or die” type culture. Japan has a 99% conviction rate (2021 stats), you can’t marry who you want before 21, and you’re expected to obey your parents even into adulthood. So many men don’t date because either women will turn them down, which is a cultural embarrassment. Women aren’t allowed to pursue men, as they are ordered to get educated by their parents. And asking a woman out could result in a sexual harassment charge from her parents, and you WILL get convicted. That leads to job loss and prison time. So the only way to solve this problem is Revolution. As the old men and women rule, they’d have to kill off the older population to have the power to change things.
Can't blame them for creating wild shows and movies like these.

It's a Manga converted into an anime and live action. They rarely make sense but are hilarious. Plus a lot of context gets lost. It's a great Manga if you're up for the read.

the fan service draws you in, but you stay for the bromance of these young men and how far they'll go for each other.
