It’s like watching Bob Ross, he has a nice scene painted, then suddenly puts in a big black line, and I’m like “oh no, he’s ruined it!” But then turns into into something more beautiful. Your work is stunning!
I wasn't so sure how this was going to turn out at one point, but you pulled it all together so beautifully and your attention to the little details is what really makes this and many of your pieces pop! I I have used aubergine and gold before on a piece and the color combination is an amazing one. Great job, as always and a joy to watch your channel because I love how you are so upbeat and sunny. Also, I just love how you say "Big Mamma's Butter" - the cutest!
I just painted a retro record cabinet with this color. It was my first true chalk paint piece. (Up till now I had only ever used DIY chalk paint that I made myself) I did copper accents on all metal parts. It’s so cute.

I've got a beautiful antique vanity and attached mirror and an old, I forget the proper name for it but its basically a record player within a wooden cabinet; its really beautiful. You've done some stunning work but this has gotta be the best, of not, top three. You go girl! You are so talented. Its really quite remarkable. I loves me some roll top desk or secretary desk. Ya gotta have at least 6 inches of leg so you can get a vacuum under. They are great clutter controllers. I don't know if one like that would look good in my house... But you did a beautiful job. I'm not a decorating expert but I think my home would go well with a lot of different styles.

Sometimes the music draws your attention away from watching what you are doing. You might consider music without lyrics at a lower volume than in this video. The desk is beautiful!!!
My grandfather gave me his exact same desk when I was 10 and now I’m 66. It’s over 100 years old. It’s my most prized possession. Unfortunately my mother decided The natural oak needed to be Antiqued with green and gold when I was 15. Your transformation Is stunning!
It’s so hard for me to paint over the wood, just worried I’d ruin it, but I do have a couple of night Stan I can practice on. I love this little desk. I know it’s gonna be beautiful.❤️❤️👍👍👍😊
I have that exact desk! Mine also has the mirror on top. It's about 8" and rounded. I'm not sure what I'm going to use. I may do grey with whitewash or fluff with grunge. I love how yours turned out
When you are mixing the Aubergine and the Gold Digger, I see that you paint on the Aubergine first just to get coverage and then add the gold. Then it looks like you are using the Oval Medium? And are you stippling (pouncing) the colors together to mix them and to give it texture? If definitely doesn't look like you are brushing them together.
