Boxing is arts to more our hearts to show us soul. It surges through all things, and even through the force; wherever it goes. Campus Marcius/Martius needs Republic back, and humbled foes. Box sings, or says, or not, forever only grows. Red legion longs to rise like tribes to free the species body's way. It grows. My boxing style needs to train, but is the champ and knows. I need now just my license and it goes; grows.... _:l

Nah, Tyson's reputation didn't suffer when he lost to a nobody in Buster Douglas during his prime or when he got schooled Holyfield or Lewis. And it didn't even take a hit when he lost to journeymen at the end of his career. And Holyfield just got destroyed by some mma guy that can't box at all just recently and it's not like people think less of Holyfield because of that. People understand that fighters are shot and washed up when they're pushing 60 :D Heck Mike Tyson lost to journeymen when he was as young as 38 and people blamed it on him being past his prime(which was true ofc.) Having said all of that; Mike Tyson would destroy Jake Paul in round 1 if if was an actual fight. We just saw Mike Tyson at 55 perform much better than expected against Roy Jones Jr. Jake Paul wouldn't last a round with Mike and that's 100% a fact. 1 body shot and it would be over. And Jake Paul can't fight anyone that isn't a shot mma fighter with no hands eod. There are 15-16 year old amateur boxers that would destroy Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley on the same night without losing a single round.

@@asdadfafafafffallslsldd8068 I agree wholeheartedly. I see all this talk of Mike's legacy being potentially irreversibly tarnished, but it's simply not true... everyone knows this is a novelty of a fight and but a fleck on a historical career. You're all assigning Paul much too much weight if you think he has the power to tarnish Mike's CV in any significantly quantifiable way. Mike and his legacy will legit be in the history books... the Paul bros, while currently with a massive audience-- and I actually think better fighters than given credit for, who will only continue to grow (all the time + money)-- will only be a fart in the wind, relatively speaking.

Teddy's 100% right. As a matter of fact I think Tyson and Roy Jones reached an agreement before their exhibition. If you saw their fight, Tyson never really went after Roy's head. It was mostly body shots. Tyson after the exhibition looked like he could've gone another few rounds while Roy looked totally beaten, yet they called it a draw. I think people will be suckered into purchasing this Tyson Paul match with the hope of a decisive outcome - and a real battle. Like Teddy asserts, that ain't gonna happen. If I see a true knockout I'll eat my words. I watched the Tyson Jones replay and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I think the same will happen if the Tyson Paul exhibition takes place.

Exactly teddy he hasn't fought a boxer yet period. Woodley was also known for not being able to let his hands go. He's a wrestler. He had one shot power with 4 ounce gloves but most people do. Put on 10 or 8 ounce gloves and his power is average.

Mikes too old. It would be sad if Mike got knocked out. Like it or not Jake Paul has devastating knockout power and Mike is in his mid 50s. Also Mike has a young mans style. It takes alot of energy to move your head like Mike. I dont want to see it. It will hurt Mikes reputation if he loses.

Here's something that only a handful of people know as of yet. Mike Tyson is going to attempt to become the oldest heavyweight champion of the world. He's dropping his podcast and several other ventures to focus fully on training. It's the very reason why the Jake Paul fight is being sanctioned as a genuine heavyweight bout and not a exhibition. My sister is one of his publicists.
