So for the LED U bars to be on, you need to have your parking lights on or full headlights on?,(outer lower and upper either high or low beam) or just the normal Daytime running lamps?
@@Konan750 i have a video of the switchbacks on my relay video and my headlight bulbs are auxbeam bulbs but I got a video on each light and the link for the bulbs are in the description of the videos of each one
so forgive me for saying this. I just ordered these and i want the drl light strips to be on as long as the ignition is on. Is that how yo have it wired, where if the truck is running they are on? I have seen it where they are only wired into the driving lights but then they dont come on at night, or wired only to the headlights, but then they arent on in the day. I want the strips on all the time.
If u want them on all the time then u would have to wire them to a switch cause if u wire them to constant power they will stay on even when the truck is off. So u will have to wire them to an on/off switch
U shouldn't need both. One usually does it unless u didn't get the correct relay under the dash. Also make sure your other outside lights are not out. If one of your other lights are out it will hyper flash the other side lights
Yes but only to the constant power wire of the 3. The negative to the ground and the power to the constant power cause the other wire is the blinker wire. If u wire it to the blinker wire the u bar leds will go off and on with the blinker. I didn't want that

@@rikkidiesel I changed my mind I found a video and I didn’t like how they look so I will copy what you have done. So the constant to the corner light(blinker) and where does the rest of the wiring go? Into the mini bulb?
@@hakaiytg9699 no the constant power is one the three wires on the actual blinker wire. Ones a ground, ones constant power and ones the blinker. U want to just use the constant and negative wires. Just cut the wires so u don't have a ton of slack but enough just in case u need to take out your headlights. Buy some T splice connectors so u can take them off easy
I had mine in just a year and they are all cracked up and can’t see out of them anymore. They are peeling bad. I love the look of them but the Quality sucks

U will either need the relay or load resistors to stop it from hyper flashing
