I bought 2 of them. Just out of the box first time shooting, without cleaning first, one cycled low recoil the other had difficulty with low recoil, lots of jams. Not to say things wont improve with the second one after cleaning and fine tuning. I'm happy with them, they are a good value for the money. The promag 20 round drums worked flawless on both bulldogs using Winchester 1350 1oz shot. The defenseport 20 round drum was hard to load and did not cycle well. Buffalo brand OO Buck 2-3/4 1150fps 9 pellet cycled in both really well. I don't care for the factory sites. I switched them to one flip up in the front and added a flashlight/green laser combo for night time home defense w/00 buck.. Hard to beat that for a bedside companion.
I got a Dickinson ranger bullpup. Love it. Ate all two hundred rounds of high and low brass I brought to break it in. Except for one round but that was my fault.
Well damn. Recoil not bad at all on them. I hate recoil my self !!! Cuz this is semi-auto. I hate my Remington 870, because of recoil. Pump style hit you like a mule!!! I will never buy a pump action shotgun again only semi-auto
@@IvanRossS Yea it's not bad, but the brake helps it shoot flat with no rise. I'll link one of the reviews. It's crazy how good that v6 brake helps. But overall the ATI bulldog is a beast, and I got it for 350 bucks. Can't beat the deals over at PSA.
Federal high density buckshot with flitecontrol wad. If you live close to other houses slugs are overkill and can land you a casualty. Buck would be better at dispersing that energy.
@@davidmontgomery9777 if you were wondering how it slides on there's a button on the bottom side of it you push in and slide it on the picatinny. You might have to tap it on, it's a tight fit. I prefer the angle grip I saved from another pup.
I dont know how much you shot this particular gun but you should be able to run hundreds of rounds through a shotgun without cleaning it. Esit: I watched the part that you mentioned you running 150 rounds and taking the gun apart. That is a telltale sign that this is NOT a reliable shotgun. The palmetto state ak style 12ga is more reliable than the ati and the psa is a cheap gun.

You just have to work them in
What sights did you go with since the rails aren’t exactly mil-spec?
Yes I took had problems at low recoil.
I hear Wear them in lots of rounds .
Fast recoil was fine .
Very good Demonstration!!
Thanks for the reality view of this wepon. 👍👌

Love mine. Currently waiting on the compensator adapter choke and v6 brake. Can't wait to test the recoil after. Nice review. 🤙

@@mrarivv0007 what choke adapter you bought???
@@IvanRossS czcams.com/video/Qufs6-IngdE/video.html
@@IvanRossS that adapter with the siaga v6 brake.
I noticed the 10 round mag I have for the bulldog feeds better than the stock 5 round that came with it. Never a feeding issue with my 10 round mag.
You know I honestly have not really shoot enough to feel the difference. But I definitely looking buy another 10 round magazine
Wow thx nice
Thank for vid
Nice!
What self defense ammo would you recommend for this particular gun?
slugs i have the same gun and put in a rifled choke. its spot on at 10 to 20 yards

I noticed at the 4:25 mark you took that front magazine off, can you do another video showing how to do that??? nice weapon!
What do you mean how to do that? I have a whole disassemble video where I talk about some issues with it and show to fix it
@@IvanRossS perfect! thanks for the reply....does that other video show how to add that front magazine?
@@IvanRossS I saw the other video, thank you again! that's what it was...use the magazine as a front hand grip...love it !

will that cycle the mini shotshells?
No of course not. Because it's a magazine. Magazine is to long for that lol. Short shell designed to be behind each other in the tube magazine
which choke were you using?
Just open choke lol.
Whay chick did you use
Pre-installed "opened chock"
How was the recoil?
Surprisingly pretty low. Because it's semi automatic.
