This will yellow soon enough without often re-aplying the proctection waxes. Its better to paint it after you are at Grit 1000 with 2K Clearcoat and quick hardener. I've done it that way and its as perfect glossy as it would be when polishing it and waxing till deep shine.
How long time is the guaranties for the UV protection (Nano Wax) that you put on the sanding and polishing result... Because you remove the original UV protection (clear)
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The headlight is the same unit before and after, a BMW E46 facelift version headlight to be precise. The difference in visibility is just that great that you can see the reflectors better when the procedure is completed.

Which electric machine would you recommend to do this in 2021? I've heard that Deros 325CV would be to aggressive for such job.

Indeed. A headlight restoration without a UV protectant 2K clearcoat is nothing which will last long. In my opinion its wasted time.

Hi Mauro, Yes you can. But you may need a more coarse polish if you only want to polish.
