- Our glass polishing process filmed in real time. Mirka’s glass sanding solution is suitable for many different glass surfaces such as building facades, interior doors and stairs as well as yacht, train or other vehicle windows. The process is not recommended to be used on car front windshields because of the risk of optical refraction.
Great video! Excellent timing on the work!
you mean for the whole surface it would be x 15 ? that makes a very long job is it normal ? I understand automats may be useful.
Great
great but no explanations, what speed, , what temperature max, etc ... this is first the specific "abranet " for glass I suppose ?
I did not count but about 12 15 different abrasive, x boxes ; what is the budget ?
are you using Abralon dry ? why not using a fluid? it reduce the grinding too much ?
This video is better. Products used and temps etc are shown :) czcams.com/video/2BbF6SwiBZ4/video.html
The process is dry because when you spin a wet disk the water heads to the out side of the disk. This creates an uneven grinding process.
I want machine & tools
If you need to check the heat of toughened glass when polishing that shows you are an amateur
There is!! so you have a thermometer in your hands or in your eyes like a thermal camera!!! And what are you going to tell your customers? hahahaha, what a lack of professionalism !!!
Ps: if you have body fever, measure equally with your hands?? and right?? hihihihi
@@Salvani1 so tell me why you need to measure the temperature on toughened glass then?
( prediction: your answer will show you are clueless about glass polishing...)
@@Salvani1it's an educational video.... not a penis measurement contest
A great teacher is one who teaches others as if he were one of them. You know why a great parent kneels down to his childs height to speak to the child?
What he is doing in the video, is so that others who wish to replicate his tutorial are mindful of the heat generated while sanding... let's be grateful, Thankful AND RESPECTFUL.
@@MamagaHDII how many glasses did you polish today?
Probably none
