Back in 2004, Marlborough Carnival offered a rare opportunity to take a flight around Marlborough from up on the Common. The camera-work in this film is not the best as it was difficult to hold it steady in flight, but I hope it will be of interest all the same if only to see the town from a different angle. Keep an eye out for the old St. John's Stedman Building and Christine & Barry Ellis as they walk from the helicopter having enjoyed their experience.
