Marlborough Carnival 1997 - A film by Harold Caswell

Here is a terrific film reflecting the events of Marlborough Carnival in 1997. It was produced & edited by Marlborough man, Harold Caswell. That year, there was a particularly substantial programme, including the first ever balloon ascents from the High Street, followed by Marlborough's first Mini Cavalcade.
Thank you, Harold, for sharing this. It is lovely to look back on and I only hope that one day the town can again stage such an event, which always used encourage a thriving community spirit.
