Tired of clients running the show during your meetings? Then they don't end up choosing you for the project even though they have already used so much of your time?
It can be frustrating to go through this again and again, but the good news is, you can change it so that you're the one that calls the shots.
It's essential in the first client meeting to set the tone for the relationship so the client knows you're the expert and that the client needs to follow your process.
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use a simple framework to position yourself as an authority and expert in that very first client meeting!
By following this process you'll be able to charge higher fees, deliver better results for your clients and establish a productive work relationship with your client where you're the one that's in control.

    Initial Meeting framework:
    1. Set the Agenda - be in control
    2. Make sure the decision maker is in the room - it saves you time
    3. Record the conversation
    4. Understand the Goals and Objective (Go wide Go deep technique) - ask, Why is this project important to you? What does success look like to you?
    5. Send recap

Great tips - especially ensuring the decision-maker(s) is in the room. This alone will save you so much time and misinterpretation of your message as the decision-maker can also ask questions on the spot to get clarification on any ambiguous points.

How is it we Australians always have the best tutors like you & bossman Dean...
What about a Privacy Doc signed etc.. for the recording?
I also reckon maybe some roleplays.

+J B thanks for the comment and your kind words Jason :D
As for privacy doc signed - who says that you need one?
Roleplay is great for practice! This is why we have our members of the Blueprint partner up so they can get familiar with how it all works and get confidence when they try this for the first time with prospects.
