This is a sales masterclass and really the only video that’s needed to learn how to talk to clients. I’m astonished at the amount of value you and the team bring, Chris. Thank you!
I almost never comment on videos, and this video prompted a comment. Chris, I consume a tremendous amount of your content. I love your approach to sales. I always felt that sales was like a used car salesman, trying to pull one over on somebody, and you allow me to view it in a positive light, where service and providing tremendous value to your clients is the focus of sales. Thank you for all the good that you do! You provide tremendous value to us, your listeners / mentees.
My perfect weekend looks like having a glass of wine while hardcore binging your content, then enjoy working my ass off on some project with all the motivation and insight you give. Thank you for all the perfect value!
that's what i do too
One time i was at my parents and they went out for 3-4 days and left the house to me. That time, I was just in front of TV most of the time with the notepad and noting down stuff I watch from this channel 😂

Thank you Chris!! Always super insightful!!
Nice reframing of sales, to flip the negative connotations into positive. Especially useful for introverts who aren’t “ME” focused by nature.
Totally agree.
Exactly the recap I needed. You’re the best!
I particularly love the part where you close the deal hypothetically and see what objections they may have!
Beautifully edited and very actionable. This series is great! Thanks 🙏
Also, I think it’ll help a lot of people better grasp the overhaul context / principles behind a lot of roleplaying videos you've done in the past.
you’re so smart and full of knowledge🙏🏾
Excellent approach. 12:12 Certainly for me, writing a thoughtful, custom proposal is the painful part - it has won me some excellent business (both fulfilling and lucrative), but it has also cost me a lot of time on prospective projects that didn’t pan out. Thank you for this approach!
Great video. After listening to countless Chris Do videos, putting service in the forefront certainly changed the way we approach relationships with new clients.
Very Insightful.. Love it ❤️⚡️‼️
This is excellent, Chris. What you are sharing is classing “PSS” or Professional Selling Skills, which was created, or actually, discovered or engineered by Xerox. I’m a corporate trainer and have been delivering PSS for over twenty years, but the way you are presenting those familiar concepts is so fresh and new. Well done! Scott
Wow this has completely changed the way I see sales. Thank you Chris! 🙏🏼🔥
love it:) Thanks, Christine
This was all brand new to me. Thank you
Love the video. Great acronym. Keep up the great instruction!
Love this business masterclass series :)
Excellent as always ❤
Thank you for the value
I love these series. thank you for making it! can't wait for the next parts!
Glad you like them!
I work in a service industry. This sales teaching is very applicable.thank you for the content.
In the buyer psychology of this series, where Chris highlighted a problem on the side of a business/company,of being solemnly focused on problem solving.
And not being great at problem seeking or finding.
The S.A.L.E.S acronym as conceptualized and explained here is a blueprint/framework for problem finding or seeking.
Thank you Mr Chris!.
Thank you thank you thank you 🙏
Great content!
Yes it is, thanks
This is such excellent and helpful to me as a service provider
Fantastic breakdown!
I love the S.A.L.E.S breakdown.✊🏽💓
We are a digital marketing and branding agency a new startup, And for example today we were with a client and he showed us all of his facilities and the products he produced. We have just listened today and seems like he liked our attitude. We scheduled another meeting for to talk about our services and the contract we didn't rush it. Nowadays we are making contracts with clients like crazy. I already had similar mindset with Chris and this channel really opened my mind. Doing honest work and using the right questions gave us the leverage within 1 week binding all the contracts with all clients we have met with my business partner. It all started with me joining a workshop my business partner was prepared. He asked me if I want to tell one thing or two about visual design there and branding and I took the bullet with confidence and made an unprepared speech. My buddy already had the technical sides and we really motivated each other that day. For now it is better than the old days 😂 If we really get our company profit more and start to take more high end jobs we may contact with blind or thefutur too someday maybe who knows 🎉
'A proposal is not a document ... But words that you say.' love it 👌🏼
Because recently I was so focused on modeling the proposal sheets, underrating what I have to say 🤦🏽♀️😅
This has been the most helpful video on business practice I've ever watched. Thank you for making real education available on youtube!
Thank you 😊
Amazing content Chris and all of the Futur team,, congratulations!
Thank you
Thanks for the insights, Chris!
You bet!
Thx❤
This video brings so many high value concepts. The acronym is so customer-centric, and the philosophy behind the approach is on point and relevant. Very well done!
Now the key is to put all these valuable insights into practice! Well done Chris, Mo and @thefutur team!
Thank you Carlos
great
loveeeeee
A video worth 1M KG GOLD!
Great video. Can't wait to meet you in person two months from now Chris!
Thank you. See you soon.
Brillant
Gold from Mr Do.
I've never seen the S.A.L.E.S. acronym before! Will definitely be passing this along 🔥
Glad to hear
Great bit of selling theory here, thanks Chris, I will be donating some 'thanks' money on here but I'm still having issues with getting engrossed in proposal writing as my writing is better than my speech
You can do it!
Never split the difference is the best book in mastering conversation...
this guy is just good
Thank you
Thank you so much Chris for these pearls of wisdom. I am a musician in South Africa and pricing the creative process and output of our work is hard to assert sometimes, do you have some tips on a viable process to apply for Music performers.? Thank you sooo much for your generous sharing of information.
the Service part is important
🔥
At first I didn't dig chris too much, more of a jose fan, but now hes my fav person in the whole industry
Jose who?
Congrats for discovering this channel🎉🎉 hope you can learn so much from chris
Jose has a lot of great traits. I learned a lot from him.

Sales = making what you want the same as what I want.
Exactly, and love what you did with this, which i do like to elaborate on. Desire and Need: Shared Value and common interest.
Natural need for value of and for the buyer or recipient of the offered and provided service.
And the desire of the seller, as the giver,to create and provide the desired value.
The position of a provider of value,as a value and content creator,
gives you the advantage of numbers and elevated perspective.
Which provides and grants you rights and privileges of access and availability.
Excellent video ! And how do you apply the "don't spend unnecessary time to write a proposal" when prospects have a policy that REQUIRES at least 3 suppliers' proposals and when you know you'll likely be the most expensive one? Because more often than not, in those cases, price weighs at least for 50% in the decision.

Thats helpful but we can do all of this, only when client approaches - I mean the inbound leads, what about the outbound cold calls? And what are the inbound marketing channels that thefutur follows?
Same. Approach to serve. Not sell.
... Brothers, I am your sister from Palestine, Gaza. We need the requirements of the month of Ramadan, including food and drink. May God protect you with my personal photo. 🇵🇸
why does chris look like my grandmother in this video series? :D lol
Maybe I’m getting old.
Chris, you okay, brother? You voice sounds as if your health is not good.
Valuable video, by the way.
As always.
Thanks
Yes. Too much talking?
@@thefutur not at all. Just wanted to see if your health is good. :)
Thanks for sharing your experience.
Why don't you consider to visit Istanbul on your Europe tour?
Didn't knew ezra miller is so passionate about marketing...fastest man alive.😮
Wait. What?
@@thefutur chris looks like ezra miller from the flash movie.
Don’t know if this is important or not but this video doesn’t have the “Masterclass 2/5”
The problem with that methodology is that it might be great if you have a flow of qualified leads, people who have real budgets, real needs and are a general good fit for your agency. Then having a client first, service first attitude with them is great. The reality is though that most leads unless you have a really sharp content marketing / advertising / social media funnel will not be that type of lead. Chris and his advice is similar to other agency coaches. It focuses a lot on positioning, attitude, content and sales but fails horribly to provide proper lead generation tactics that work in 2023, how to prequalify leads on your website or forms etc.
Its all well n good til u mentioned Jordan Peterson
Still luv u tho n the value u put out❤
I love being dyslexic sometimes. I read this as pu**y scales lol 😆
Haha. That has a whole different meaning.
lets be honest, we all read something else on the thumb nail for a second or two
Someone who quotes Jordan Peterson unironically just ruins an entire channel for me, it throws your entire value set into question.
He’s an intelligent, well read, articulate human. His POV and social/political opinions are something else.
Great content - but a Jordan Peterson Reference? Please don't ...
Spot on Chris….🫡
