My goodness how big is your facility there it looks huge!
I suddenly find myself jealous of your job. That doesn’t look much like work.
Gotta figure out a way to do that more often
You never work a day in you’re life if you do what you love...
Messics...this could be very interesting if Kubota decides to persue the sport ute side by side market. Possibly some competition for the polaris General/ranger crowd and the can am commander crowd. They've gotta go for more performance without sacrificing utility to take some of that market though. Could be very interesting.
One thing I appreciate about your videos, even though they're obviously intended to market your dealership and your product, is you have a very earnest presentation, whereas, and I hate to pick on one group, John Deere's advertising is basically "IT'S A DEERE!" You advertise with a show not tell and don't just go "well OF COURSE it's good, it's a "insert brand here"
Thank you. I think it's a reflection of our dealership. We sell so many different lines and variety of product we're much more about what things are and how they work because we have the luxury of choice. We're not limited to hawking the one product we have to offer at all costs.
if kubota used the same diesel engine with a 5 or 6 speed sequential gearbox, geared for a diesel with speed not pulling in mind. and opened up the engine a bit that thing would be awesome. until then i will stick with my can am
And that's the last they ever saw of Messicks DSLR camera.
Are they going to offer a 4 or 6 seater, mayby 2 to 4 seat convertible version in the model anytime soon?
Glad you are having fun
Children do NOT let your parents try this at home!
looks like fun my 900 cant do that
Take a ride with Neil day next week!
Gotta bypass that governor!
Can u buy a Kubota steering-wheel to fix the wheel when its straight
Love the video
I like machines that can do some work too!
What is the approximate selling price for one of these?
I can see that this Sidekick is fun, but will it do any real work? What is the payload capacity? How stout is the tranny should a guy pull a small trailer?
...no THAT much ‘fun’ seeing WHERE we’ve been
Wow it's the muts nuts ! 😃
It needs a turbo
Ok. I am sold. Got to see if my dealer has one in stock.
So cool
How would this thing do rock crawling and stuff
What kind of transmission are they running.
The boss just found the guy tearing up the lot.
The guy tearing up the lot is the boss. 😀
Mac from Always Sunny!
Great job. I will be going on wave 1 to Orlando. What about you?
2
Yeahooooo!
Just bought a sidekick a few months ago. I noticed when Im driving and I max out at 41-42 it seems to hesitate while at that speed until I go back down to 40mph. Is that a common issue or just mine
Its a speed limiter
Finally!
So is kubota going to be making their own small gas engines for the ztrs? The 2 cyl gas vertical engines.
Doubt it at this point. Limited to this model currently.
The vertical shaft gas engines in the Z-turns are Kawasaki’s. They are powerful, durable, and reliable. They are also ubiquitous throughout the commercial z-turn market, and you’d be hard pressed to compete on cost, performance and parts availability. So if it ain’t broke? Don’t fix it. I suspect you’ll continue to find the Kawasaki’s in every Kubota, Deere, Wright, and nearly every other quality commercial z-turn also.
I was going to write slightly sarcastic, albeit all in good fun crack about having a bit too much fun for a TMT , but then I noticed the size of your dealership. Just how many acres do you have there?
13 usable.. and it's wayyyyyyyy too small.
Put it on the load cell
Kubota engine?
The steering is not even centred when they are going straight
It's electronic power steering, there is no center.
Messick Farm Equipment its a flat bottom steering wheel. Just taught it would be at the bottom. I love your guys video. I always have been a kubota customer. Love the product. Keep up the good videos
Nice introduction video. But, that sounds like a design flaw... it has a flat bottomed steering wheel with asymmetrical spokes; people aren't going to like having a spoke where they want to put their hand, or the flat portion where they aren't expecting it. Plus, if the wheel doesn't have a center, you won't be able to tell, from the steering wheel position, if you bend a steering linkage. It looks like a really cool machine, though.
I kind of see your point, I guess they could use the round steering wheel.. but then the guy with large legs who wants the extra space underneath will be complaining about that 😀
You got that right. If everybody's happy, somebody's lyin'
Will kubota offer a cab on these?
Yes
Hard or soft can? Heat and air?
Cab
Both, heat only.
Whoever put it together could’ve at least centered the steering wheel.... Shote work
any piece of equipment with hydraulic or electronic power steering does not return to center properly. that's normal on just about every piece of equipment.
I'd need it to go 55mph before buying it.
Needs more power and speed to compete with Can Am.
NO thanks to that made in china trash
Jo Nathan Made in the USA dipstick
😁
get out a box blade and fix your divots!
Shouldn’t you be wearing eye protection….just saying
How about promote some safety while out tearing things up? Put a frigging helmet on...
