I have the Grand 3560. It's a great machine. I traded my old B3350 (pre tier 4) for it. I work in the woods almost exclusively and because the bucket on my L805 loader is 72" I don't have a problem with tree branches and the loader hoses because it's wider than the hose position.
The beefed up 3-point features beat the old turn buckle system by a light year or two. 72 year old guys like me don't need to manhandle anything. My motto is, "Don't life with your back; lift with hydraulics!"
Keep these great videos coming Neil. You have no equal in the succinct and informative crowd. All the Bubbas that take 15 minutes in a 20 minute video to talk about their dogs are all wondering why you get so many more subscribers than they do. lol

Nice video, as usual. I bought my L4060 cab from Messicks 4 years ago, and it has been an awesome machine. There doesn't seem to be much left off the limited edition rops, but enough that I wouldn't have been interested in adding to the cabbed version. To each his own.
A small correction is that that the throttle up button on the loader stick doesn't have to be full throttle, the rpm setting is programmable. I set mine at 2000, which works for me.

Our family is going in together to purchase the 3560 LE here in Western Arkansas from a local Kubota dealer. They had one in stock but the loader hasn't come in yet. I told him that we could wait because I figured we would have a longer wait to order the regular Grand L in a 3560. As part of the deal we are putting in the third function, because I want a grapple. I am excited because we really didn't give up much and the price difference takes care of the OEM third function.

Not sure if I would have bought the Limited edition if it had been available when I made my purchase (Aug 2019, bought from a great local dealer here in Ontario Canada), but it’s nice for those that don’t really need everything the Grand L offers. Looking forward to the next video!

Just added the seat switch back on my L4060HSTLE. Part# TD170-47920. One word of warning to anybody as dumb as I apparently was. At first glance it looks as tho the plug wont fit the tractor wire harness. What you are actually looking at on the Gray connector is a cap. You need to press the release on the rear of the connector and pull that cap out. THEN, the switch plug will work. Big shout out to Nate in the parts Dept. for figuring this out for me. In my defense, there is no Parts Diagram for the 4060 LE yet.....that plug is shown on the L3560LE diagram.

many times in assembly line production, because there is a higher volume of the more "deluxe" features installed on something- think power windows vs. manual windows as an option on a car- it costs more to install the 'economy' setup vs. installing by volume the more deluxe option because of the economy of scale. in the car example, power windows actually cost the manufacturer less to equip a vehicle with because they buy a large volume of the same parts, vs. the manual windows which require 'special' door panels to accomodate the crank handle and different wiring in the vehicle which requires a 'special' wiring harness. i can see the same thing with tractors, my dad just purchased a manual transmission equipped L2501 that was a special order for our local dealer even though they had about a dozen hydrostat equipped "L"s on site- he's running a 3 point chipper for hours on end and didn't want or need the wear a hydrostat would encounter just sitting there running at 2k all day not moving.

Hi , my wife and I are planning a market garden as a working retirement and need a appropriate tractor. 5 ac to start with possible expansion to 40 . Looking at lx3310,L3301,and L3560. I am wondering if the lx is a bit to small , or the 3560 a bit big dimensionally for gardens . The bigger 1.8 engine and larger tires on the latter two are appealing to me . Theory being a bigger engine won't work as hard and last better. Most of the work would be loader , mower and rototiller ,with some tow behind tillage . I have to keep in mind that I have a industrial loader and a couple 200 hp tractors for heavy work

IF Kubota would get off their A-- of the 1970 thinking because the green tractor has this and put two hydro pedals side by side I would be a potential buyer of a grand L or even a basic MX series but they won't bend to the demands of the end user due to pride. Any tractor or piece of equipment/ truck with DPF or DEF is a big NO for me too. BIG BIG problems no matter what color tractor. I will search for a LONG time (months or years) to find a low hour model without DPF or DEF. That's why I still have my 06 Ram Cummins forever, 35,000 miles currently, only moves to work.

This specific transmission, by making the pedal so light and smooth as Neil aludes to in the video, as well as by being able to adjust responsiveness/jumpiness until you are more comfortable, makes the treadle pedal less troublesome than in other Kubotas. If you're a moron and drive tractors barefoot, you'll probably still prefer twins (...now, how would I know..... :) )

I agree. Very odd video artifacts happening there. Thought it was a green screen for a bit.

Is it really windy or just an unsteady hand of the camera operator?

@@1of7 I usually watch at 1.25 speed which probably made it worse then it really was.
