Thank you for posting, this Beautiful, sunny apartment. Nice and clean. I love the window in the kitchen. Nice bathrooms, I also like the fact that there is a washer/dryer in unit. Landlords need to think about installing washer/dryer combo; in these apartments. The high crime in the city. There is no need to use the building laundry or travel to the laundromat. I would feel safe in that apartment. I would have to tour the area especially at night to see how safe it is. There is no safe areas in NewYork. (It is sad crime in New York is out of control). Thank you for sharing this gorgeous apartment. First off, I like that small entrance hallway!! Thatvis a new amenity! The closets are very nice. The kitchen with the wondow is also very nice. I agree with you about the second bedroom / office! I would do the same!😊 The primary bedroom with matching bathroom is great. And those two small wall cabinets are just too cute!😅 I likecthe handles to those two small doors. There is a light vintage character in those items.😊 Finally, this is the roght floor height level for me!😅😊
