These new apartments are cookie cutter, typical and standard yet they charge so much for them. Better finding an older building because they have a lot of charm to them. Thanks for the video, looks very watching them.

Very nice unit, especially the layout (i.e., kitchen and bath not close together, plenty of storage/closet space as well).

Is there a way that you can switch the refrigerator doors to open the other way? Just seems counterintuitive opening away from the kitchen.

There is no such thing as a "Primary" bedroom if it doesn't have its own private bathroom. It's just a bedroom.

Why don’t you list the price in the title or description so you don’t waste ppl time?

Someone has been using this video in a scam!! If the person on the phone/via email says to put a deposit down quickly because they "own the unit" SAY NO AND REPORT THEM ASAP. They will try to offer you the unit for "cheap", way under the market value - say no!! Watch out for "Desmond" or "Angel": they are awful scammers who will take your money by any means.

Queens size bed? No that bedroom is a small office

What is the rent? That might be important to mention. The north facing windows might be a detriment since this is not in the tropics.

Not a big bedroom. If you have a need for storage, you won't get it here.

Nice apartment; very spacious rooftop deck area; only thing is that the rooftop would only be used during spring/summer/part of autumn-fall season.
