One of the best video for fascia iliac block. Go more depth on ultrasound and you can even get peng block

Thank you for recording and showing the dynamic scanning and pointing out the anatomy along the way! I feel that many other resources simply show the ultrasound image or a brief video of needle driving which are not the things that are difficult in the fascia iliaca block. Target acquisition is the hardest part!

Sorry sir, but I m afraid what you saying is not ASIS but ileum bone

Apologies sir.. u r correct.. that is not ASIS.. i am sure it was an unintentional mistake.. just to correct that, as u hv mentioned, it is part of the ileum bone.. and we hv highlighted this in another video on this channel..
best is to identify or try to look for AIIS..
AIIS is the 'highest deep peak of the ileum bone'.. so technically we cant be sure the point is AIIS unless we do a lateral to medial scan.. if too medial than AIIS, there is higher risk of hitting FN.. so the 1fb technique shd adress this and that point shd be around the AIIS even if it is not AT the point.. this is highlighted in another video on a shortcut technique to identify the fascia iliaca..

When you rotate the prove 90degrees, your prominent bone is AIIS not ASIS right?

What is the advantage of the supra inguinal over the infrainguinal fascia iliaca block?

It more reliably blocks the obturator nerve: czcams.com/video/1z90Vwcw7_A/video.html

The whole things was good but 90 degree rotation never showed on the body but only on the screen, that was so so annoying. Please show on the body in some other demonstration.probe on the patient and 90 degree rotation was a joke. Sorry
