Small tip: Add dexmedetomidine at a concentration of 2.5mcg/ml (50mcg/20ml of local anesthetic solution) and dexamethasone at a concentration of 0.2mg/ml (4mg/20ml of local anesthetic solution) to increase the duration of the block by over 100% (from 6-12h to 24-36h).
Sorry to be so offtopic but does someone know a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost the password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Jaylen Devon thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I continue to watch these instructional videos because I think I must be doing something wrong. This is a very frustrating block, in my opinion, for providing pain relief for TKA.
Great instructional video. I have done these blocks repeatedly for TKA's over the past 4-5 years and my technique is exactly like yours, sometimes I even make certain I have spread on both sides of SFA in the canal. I always use a minimum of 30 ml local volume and NO ONE CAN CONVINCE ME THIS BLOCK IS NEARLY AS EFFECTIVE IN PROVIDING POST OP ANALGESIA FOR TKA, compared to the old fashion 3 in one block. Does anyone agree with me?
Best block video about aductor canal! Congrats!!!
The best demonsteration i have ever seen for ACB, many thanks
Good explanation. This is what our group does in New Mexico US. Thank you
