Thank you so much for watching! - Hry
another point of interest inside Lingshu Courtyard is that mural of the mountains in the back of the cave that looks strikingly similar to Baizhu’s splash art! just another piece of evidence to solidify the fact that Changsheng is the Herblord 🙌✨
Fact Guhua Clan courtyard has plum blossoms while area Fujin, Lingyuan, and Changsheng hanged out has peach blossoms is so fascinating and pretty.
Hands on,one of the prettiest area ingame espescialy Mt.xuanlian.
Im incredibily hopeful for what they'll cook for petrichor and Remuria.
all those videos you made about this area and now it's finally released
I love how you use Zhongli when explaining theories or lore. It really sets the mood.
Fujin and Herblord master could be Orobashi no?
In oathsworn eye, Orobashi is said to have lost against Zhongli during the archon war
And in sacrifial jade, it said that the god of chenyu vale has perished in a foreign land
Combine with their similar apperance to changseng, Orobashi might be the best candidate for fujin's master
Not really a wonder but it is a nice little detail, during Lantern Rite Traveler and Gaming take a boat to Yilong Wharf, if you go back to that small port area and take a boat ride you'll get an achievement and the guy sings a beautiful song. I believe he sings at least 4 different songs.
Also there's a giant turtle that gives you clearwater jade and a treasure chest. I love it when games add stuff like this, it gives games a lot of charm.
Oh my soul, this is incredibly intriguing! Your constant flow of dazzling information leaves me in awe. We'll continue to show our support; excellent job on producing content with this high-quality!
Am I the only one confused as to why Mt. Yaojun wasn’t present in Chenyu Vale??
I’m assuming its the mountain where the tea tree is, considering it’s next to Yaodie Valley
I know Araki Forgot is a big meme in the JoJo community but I'm wondering if Hoyo Forgot will be next because Petrichor was also hyped up as the most important part of Fontaine only to NOT BE IN FONTAINE, and now this
@@Golden12500well... the statue and the fountain hasnt been maxed yet, so there might be more region in the near future
What's this place again?
@@Golden12500 I mean I was thinking Petrichor might be the last expansion of Fontaine in the Northwest along with Mont Esus due to the statues not being maxed out yet
Watching this while drinking tea is truly magical
Its a damn shame we got ZERO lore on Orobashi and Guizhong in the Vale. Missed opportunity. Great video as always
Love all your videos
Now we just need the last peice of Fontaine to complete all of version's 4 exploration
Amazing video🎉
Changsheng a girl boss er snek. ❤🎉🐍🌿 Our sassy snake.
Love this series❤
Didn't Fujin said that her master turned mad because she couldn't beat Morax in the war and chose to flood the river instead? And Guizhong was smart that she chose to made alliance with Morax instead of fighting him. There are contradictions but I'm looking forward to your next video
I do go over the contradictions, so don't worry! I'm excited for you all to see it!
Great video
just wanna point out that Lingyuan's name is pronunced as Ling'yuan rather than Lin'gyuan
edit: for Que'er's "Que" do refer to Qingque, as for "Er" is similar to earl
An add is the only reason why I am not the first person to view this video, and I think I'm gonna be salty about that forever.
guyshon cant be the god of the vale since she new morax and they rules together before the arcon war and the story said she turned cruel .
i think the "master" of chenyu vale was orobashi but i want it to be guizhong. Can't wait for thursday's vid
the master in chenyu vale was female so it couldnt have been orobashi
@@8lefry8 oh my that is an oversight on my part
@@8lefry8orobashi could be a female, there's no confirmation
WHERE IS BAIZHUUU 😭😭😭😭
bee-shueh
1:55 fujin's master is orobashi
I don't believe that has been confirmed anywhere.
Also, Orobashi used he/him pronouns, the master of Chenyu Vale used she/her.
@@SiliconOneFour "Confirmed" we have almost nothing in the game, when talking about the events from the past. But let's use everything we know about Chenyu Vale's god as a start point and link things to their numbers: it was a benevolent god from Chenyu Vale's people (1) someone able to make dreams come true (2), wasn't able to win against Morax (3), went mad (abyssal corruption) in the Archon War and tried to destroy Chenyu Vale civilization (4), died in a foreign nation (5), planted tea trees and drink tea with others (6) - this one is literally in your video, somehow was able to rise up water level (7)
Orobashi's first words to the kid that found it in Enkanomiya:
"I am the PROFANE Serpent (4). Though my servants are numberless, not one mortal NOW dwells in my shadow. That I have fallen into this realm (5), and that we would meet... Perhaps this is fate. (4) YOU ARE NOT ONE OF MY PEOPLE, BUT YOU ARE HUMAN nonetheless (1). Speak your desire, and I shall hear it." (2) - profane obviously means abyssal corruption; he asks for human desire as a god that make dreams comes true; his words "you are not my people but are human" sounds like his old people also were human, enkanomiyans are not his people but are human like them.
Oathsworn Eye description:
"You wish for me to become your deity?" (1). The giant white snake gazed down at the child standing before him. "It was because I could best neither DEUS AURI (changed in 4.3) nor Narukami that I elected to flee into waters unknown." (3) "If you keep seeking the light, you will experience loss in the future." (4) - He wasn't able to defeat Morax nor Narukami, and if the game choosed to mention Morax here, this means he tried to fight against Morax.
(...)
"The years have passed swiftly. The island is complete. The vishaps are repelled, and the Holy Soil may now be governed." (6) - He taught his people how to plant and to forge, this implies he know how to do this and used to do in the past.
A Preliminary Study of Sangonomiya Folk Belief (about Orobashi's death):
"Watatsumi Omikami long knew that he would not have any chance of survival this time, but accepted the prophecy's result calmly.
If he wished to ensure the perpetuation of his people's "faith," there was but one path - sacrifice. Even if Watatsumi would pass away, its people would endlessly weave their memories of joy, prosperity, bitterness, and loss into a united faith. These memories, in turn, would flourish on account of the intense emotions of a vanquished people forced into shameful submission." (4) - Looks a lot like if does things for his people as atonement.
(...)
"It is said that when Watatsumi Omikami decided to bring the people of the depths out of the waters, he did this at the instruction of the heavens themselves. For Watatsumi Omikami had once fled into the Dark Sea to avoid the Archon War, committing a grave sin in the process." (4) - Which sin? Why he never told his people?
Coral Branch of a Distant Sea description:
"Watatsumi Island is the furthest from Narukami Island in the Inazuman island chain, and its name means 'the god of the oceans' in the island's ancient tongue." (7) - Why the god of the oceans if it was a snake, not any kind of fish or marine creature, and Enkanomiya's nor Orobashi's stories are related with the ocean or the sea? The god of the oceans seems to someone able to make water level rise up...
Orobashi's page in Genshin Wiki
- In the Japanese localization, the name "Orobashi no Mikoto" is written in katakana (phonetically) rather than kanji, Katakana is a convention that is typically used for gods or foreign names. (5)
About the pronoums, i don't use to take them so serious considering the translation put them wrong a lot of time, but, anyway, we are talking about a giant snake god, from thousands of years ago from old and destroyed civilizations... will not surprise me if the real "gender" of this god is lost in the tails... maybe i'm just giving excuses, i admit, but, after all i put here, is a pronoum a real problem?
@@SiliconOneFour after everything, is the pronoum the real problem? a giant snake god pronoum, really? ok...
