Should be in the HOF. The best player in the league for 3 years in a row.
Imagine if the giants would've took a chance on this 1987 6th rd draft pick .Lloyd & LT as your 3-4 outside linebackers that would've been the scariest tandem in NFL history
One of the most underrated players in a long time.
Greg Lloyd deserve to be in the Hall of Frame.
Sure does!
Growing up Mike Webster was the man I loved to watch. Watching him over the ball at center, steam cloud, I always smiled. His hand weighed more than I did in high school. Tragic ending.
Mandatory viewing for all current and prospective Steeler LB's! If you can't leave it all on the field, go away!
Great video . That is how to play linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
another excellent video....was a big fan of greg lloyd as a little kid even in NY Id see his jersey everywhere. "Avoid Lloyd". Awesome song you have a talent for that as well - finding the right song.
Thank you, my man! I appreciate it. Oh yea, nice! He was a wrecking ball, haha.. and fun to watch, along with the rest of that "Blitzburgh" defense. But yea, I had to dig deep for that particular edit of the song, but glad I was able to find the style that I wanted for him. Thanks for noticing, haha.. nah, I'm glad you enjoy the music choices.. they're important.. can't just slap any old song into a video and call it good, haha.
MONSTER 👍
Awesome vid bro!!
Thanks Brother! 🤙 Glad you enjoyed it.
my favorite football player of all time, he was my hero even though he is only 10 years older than me, just his whole story from childhood to the end(the original james harrison) of his career!!!!still remember that sack in miami to secure the win around the 50 yard line on a monday night..there may have been steelers with better numbers but none with the heart, he was a pure beast....JUST PLAIN NASTY!!!!!if social media was a thing when he played he would have had a video after every game, does anyone remember when he was mike'd for that dallas game at home(not the super bowl), he was talking to emmitt, irvin and aikman like they were lil kids, i would give anything to hear the uncensored version of that, just bleep out the curse words....if you watch how he torched his body it looks a lot like the way t.j. watt plays, where a lot of his hits/tackles are made with his body like 5 to 6 feet off the ground....if anyone reads this please comment on who you liked as a player better him or james harrison, i know most will say james because of the rings and the greatest play in super bowl history, probably even nfl history but rewatch old youtube videos or any other film you can on lloyd playing and i think you might change your opinion?
IM A BIG GREG LLOYD FAN ALSO MY FAVORITE WAS JACK LAMBERT GREG LLOYD WAS SECOND NOT JAMES HARRISON.
Can't avoid Lloyd. One of the greatest.
I just hate to mention it but Super Bowl 1995 Versus the Dallas Cowboys Neil ODonnell sold them out I'm not saying we should win every Super Bowl I know nobody talks about that
@lavellhall7650 I've looked and can't find anything regarding what Neil or any Steelers had to say! That SB was and is sooo frustrating!
To respond to the original comment, Greg Lloyd is my all-time favorite Steeler. His jersey is the only jersey I've purchased (Authentic 94' jersey). The 95 in my username is to reference Greg Lloyd.
That's a bad man right there 😎
Excellent
My top 5 all time Steelers is like 30 mf'ers !! This bad ass is one of them
I’m a sick individual. I can tell pretty much every year each play happened in. Good lord I was on steeler overload in the 90s. Then again I had a subscription to steeler digest since it was pre Internet. Probably why.
Still have all my old Steelers Digest. Even from the 1980's
HOF material for sure. Lets get him in there with KG.
Agreed 100%!
In Blotzburgh, try to run against 91, 95 & 99 usually mean you're Losing yardage...IF you're That Lucky!-lol. Need to do video of 99/Levon Kirkland
I do need to do that, you are correct! Definitely been wanting too, and I'll add him to the list for ya! If you haven't gotten to check it out yet, I also did a highlight on Kevin Greene, if you're interested (Here: czcams.com/video/u-s37I8y5YA/video.html).
Asi como dejo el equipo, de que sirve recordarlo
95 over 92 all day
He’s from Miami.
Man played lights out!! Bet he could out chew Pete Carroll!!
does anyone think that greg suffers from cte, he seems fine during interviews that have taken place recently and has a black belt and still runs tae kwon do studios but the 2 prior incidents(1 in 2002 and the other in 2018) with his then different wive's makes me wonder why he would ALLEGEDLY point a gun at them, both cases were basically dropped and i realize that relationships and marriages ain't always rosy but that seems rather extreme, because besides those 2 instances the man's life is like a superhero's story and i realize we are all human and make mistakes and have moments of weakness but if anyone has any ideas or extra information please comment.....thanks for the video, i check frequently for new AVOID LLOYD clips and i appreciate you taking the time to post
No problem, bud! I appreciate you taking the time to check it out.
Well he taught my son taekwondo at his studio in Atlanta. I’ve talked to him myself several times and the guy is awesome. We all go through things and live in learn. We haven’t walked in his shoes. I know one thing, he sure as hell toughened my son up!
Do Joey Porter next🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
I'll put him on the list, and let you know how it goes, bud.
Hey, Cody! 🤙 Hope you're doing well, Bud. Just uploaded that Joey Porter highlight for ya (Here: czcams.com/video/kA6WjlxFlQw/video.html)! Hope you enjoy it.. please feel free to let me know whatcha think about it over there on that video, it'd be much appreciated!
