This is why you don’t have babies with males who aren’t serious enough about you to provide you with security in the form of marriage, giving you legal status as a wife in case something happens to him, put you in a house with your name on the deed, provide you with a car with the title in your name, and 100% assurance that he will provide for his child when you have one. Too many women give babies to males who don’t deserve them instead of waiting on men who do.
I agree especially in this instance. But, also keep in mind that not all single mothers are giving babies to men, they're having kids that are wanted by them as well which were made unplanned. But, in this instance, she definitely had the baby for him and it unfortunately backfired.

And if he signed the birth certificate he has legal rights which if I know what I know he will abuse the law to his advantage, here in GA they favor the father. This is awful. The post partum period is the worst phase of pregnancy. The rollercoaster of emotions you deal with is unreal. Any kind of change, stress, trauma is so exaccerbating.

I hope she realizes what he is doing. I used to be a Domestic Violence Advocate, and there are agencies to help non-citizen women who have kids and are experiencing abuse. It can literally be a path to citizenship. This guy means business and she may even need to go hide out in a shelter with her baby while she gets her case together. It would actually be VERY easy for him to take that baby and I hope she doesn't underestimate him. Abusers are way more likely to successfully get the kid than normal men.

He doesn’t love or most importantly even respect her! He knows the amount of money he would have to pay her in child support for the next 18 years is well over any money he has spent on her pre baby times a million. It was all fun and games paying for her hair, spa, nails, shopping sprees, that was chump change for him. That child support is an almost two decade bill that can get increased every couple of years. I’d forgo the money if it could possibly save my life or a 18 year back and forth with him.
How many stories have we seen or heard of men killing woman just to not pay child support…. And we talking about your average everyday man that might pay as little as 20 something dollars a month to 1,000 or more a month. It’s not safe out here to be playing games with these men!!

She's being called a Sugar Baby, but she has the same legal standing as any other single mother. She needs to call the National Domestic Violence Hotline ASAP. Abusers are more likely to get the kids than the mom. There are resources for women in these kinds of situations. He is on the move and she needs to start protecting herself. She needs to stop being alone with him and only communicate in written forms email/text.

I just don't understand what some women aren't understanding. There aren't really any men at that age looking to start a family, be in a relationship, or get married with a younger woman (and, for some men, any woman for that matter) to take the relationship seriously. Especially a man that was PREVIOUSLY married MULTIPLE TIMES. If what he wanted was marriage and family, he'd have loved and stayed with his FIRST wife (with the exception of legitimate causes, such as infidelity, abuse, etc). There is no man at that age looking for a serious relationship/marriage with women who are eons younger than them, ESPECIALLY having found you on a freaking sugar baby website. That is not where people go when they're looking for love. So why you wanted to be in love with this man, I'm not quite sure. The first red flag was him being twice divorced (2nd divorce not even legally finalized) and having the nerve to be on a sugar baby website afterwards. I hope I'm not coming across as harsh, but this upsets me. We need to make better choices as young women (as well as older women). Like where are our brains, good reasoning, and critical thinking skills at times like these? We have seen how things like this play out time and time again, yet somehow we still manage to convince ourselves that we are special and exempt from the same consequences of those before us. It makes absolutely no sense. I can't really feel too sorry for this lady because it was clear that as long as she had materials, she didn't really care (which makes her a walking red flag just like him). Two fundamentally damaged people who unfortunately have now brought a child into all of this mess.

Dropping out of school, moving into the wrong apartment, staying in a bad relationship for too long, not working out for years, bad credit. All that can be remedied. BABIES!!!!!! ARE FOREVER!! He’s setting her up. She’s fighting every little fight and he’s setting her up to look crazy in a court. I lost custody of one of my children this way.
If a man asks you for a baby, ask him for a ring. No ring AND a marriage certificate, no baby! Don’t just get the ring cause you’ll get an engagement ring and then he will break up with you.
